So nice!! Everyone is so nice and actually knows what they are doing. I can remember his name but the man that does piercings did my first piercing a few years ago. I come to nc every summer to see my parents and will only get piercings from him. They give you cleaning spray with any piercing. Its an amazing place. The man who does tattoos is also good. I booked an appointment with Matt for a piece on my back. He nailed it! It's absolutely beautiful. He placed it in the perfect place to accentuate the shape of my body and added just the right amount of color. I am so proud to wear this piece of art. The environment in the shop is laid back and really puts you at ease. We had great conversation during the 2 hours I was on the table and he made sure I was comfortable and had plenty of opportunities to get up and stretch or take a peek at the progress as he worked. Awesome experience! Matt fixed a horrible coverup tattoo I got at a different shop in town. He took his time talking to me about what I didn't like about it and showing me what he could do to fix it. He made sure I was comfortable and he and Mike had me laughing the entire time I was there. I totally forgot to go back in (my bad), but he even offered to recover it for me the next day. I have 12 tattoos currently, and have 4 from this shop alone. Once I went to hardwire for the first time, I knew I was done getting ink other places. The shop is clean and the customer service is beyond amazing. There isn't something you could need that Sidney couldn't help you with. I get tattooed by Matt Fischer, and I can't even say enough about his amazing work. He is a world class artist and will work with you to make sure your tattoo is truly reflective of you and is one of a kind. I have not been tattooed by the other two artists there on Sundays, but I have seen their work while I was there and it is gorgeous. Initially, I was going to go to the Hardwire Tattoo shop downtown but I'm glad I didn't. My mother in law and I wanted to get some tattoos so we set out for some girl time. This was my mother in law's first tattoo but I already had a couple. We were able to walk right in and discuss the artwork we wanted. The customer service we received was 5 star. The atmosphere was laid back and very family oriented but yet professional. The prices were just right and the artwork was most definitely 5 star.
