Excellent customer service. Incredibly skilled artists. In exploring getting my first tattoo, employees have gone out of their way to give me all the information I need to make my experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Diligent Tattoo to anyone considering getting a new tattoo or cover up. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else in town. Michael Merck is extremely skilled at doing portrait work as well as comic book characters. Their apprentices are great at black and gray as well as classic designs in color. Anyone you see up there is going to do an excellent job. If you go to Diligent, you are sure to get an excellent tattoo my friendly and professional artist whether you have them design it or you bring in your own artwork.

My best friend and I got tattoos here together and these folks did an outstanding job! They really went out of their way to make sure we liked the stencil and our artist, Chad, was super funny and made us feel at home. The shop was very clean- you definitely notice that the staff takes care of it!

Recommend Diligent to a friend of mine who really wanted a tattoo went in to see if we could get an appointment and was completely ignored. They didn't even say hi to us and stared us right in the face and ignored us. They greeted the guy who came in before us who we were sitting next to. We sat for about 30 minutes before we finially left disappointed. I have gotten a tattoo here before and had been greeted as I opened the door so I found it really weird and off putting to have been ignored deliberately.

Just got my first 2 tattoos and had Merck do them. I couldn't be any happier with my body art and know that I will be returning for more. I recommend any artist there but highly recommend Mike Merck. He not only is an amazing artist but he made me extremely comfortable, he was light handed, funny, informative and understanding if any breaks were needed! He did not rush and concentrated like the pro he is. Very clean parlor, tons of great work on the wall and plenty of pictures to reference. Looking forward to seeing Mike for my future tats and my free touch-up if needed after my healing process!! Pictures in the comments.

I needed 2-3 time outs and he was happy to do so knowing that the old tattoo was painful.
I love the new tattoo so much and all pain and irritation from the original tattoo is now no more!

My girlfriend and I are from WV. We called to see if they could work us in for a couple of small tattoos. We went there and only waited about 10 minutes. All of the staff was really nice. They made sure the stencil was fine and placed exactly how we wanted it before proceeding. Extremely professional and amazing. I highly recommend this place.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Chad did an outstanding job on my tattoo and wanted me to be happy and satisfied with it. A lot of tattoo places you get the vibe that they are trying to rush you out the door so they can get the next customer, but not at diligent. Not to mention very reasonably priced. I have gotten tons of compliments on my tattoo as well and I have only had it for a week. οΏ½ Thanks Chad, I will be back for sure.

Conversational and nice... very pleasant and clean shop. Also great prices for the quality of work that was done. We each got a small tattoo behind our ear along with another tattoo. Excellent customer service. Incredibly skilled artists. In exploring getting my first tattoo, employees have gone out of their way to give me all the information I need to make my experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Diligent Tattoo to anyone considering getting a new tattoo or cover up. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else in town. Recommend Diligent to a friend of mine who really wanted a tattoo went in to see if we could get an appointment and was completely ignored. I have been to Diligent twice. Chad did a tattoo for my daughter and I. We were very pleased with our tattoos. Aldo is amazing and he just did another tattoo for me. I highly recommend anyone at Diligent. I will definitely being going back for more work from Aldo.

I went to Diligent Tattoo after I had a horrible experience with another tattoo shop in town. As soon as I walked in they helped me tremendously and were all very nice! Tony did my tattoo and he did an amazing job on my turtle! I wanted it to look like it was real and he did a awesome job at making it come to life! Definitely recommend this place! Thanks guys for your help

Super friendly artists, great atmosphere, and Eric did an amazing henna inspired free hand tatt for me today!! I will definitely return
