I just got off the phone with a man who had ZERO customer service. I let him know I was from out of town (Orlando) looking for someone to look at my piercing so I can replace it and he said well I am not in Orlando. And I told him I know, I googled the nearest location to me. He let me know I'd have to come in so he can see it, which is what I was trying to get at, but he didn't really sound like he wanted my business. Which he will not be getting. Got my nose pierced from here. The price was great. The guy who did it was doing a tattoo when I walked in and asked me what I wanted, and there was no other people there who worked so I had to wait probably 20 minutes which isn't to bad. When he was finished he got right into piercing my nose, he was patient and talked me through it because I was nervous. The diamond for my nose was the only nose ring they had but was pretty. The piercing was quick and he made sure I waited an extra five minutes to make sure I wasn't bleeding still which was cool. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

It takes 2 seconds to do. The guy was extremely rude and raised his voice at me saying that he doesn't taper and tried to get me to pay to re-pierce it. HORRIBLE customer service. If you don't want to be treated like a C class citizen don't come to this place. Read Less

Had 2 great experiences in the past. Called to find out if i could get an idea of how much something would cost and the guy basically cut me off and said we don't do that over the phone. Ok duh I know you need to see it. No recomendations on how to get a price idea, no suggestion to email a picture. Nothing. No point in wasting my time if you are gonna be rude. Going elsewhere. Came out to get a feel for the place. I wasn't planning on getting a tattoo that night but I wanted to talk to someone about the tattoo I had in mind. No one greeted us when we walked in. They had 20 minutes until close but then they said " they were done for the night". Noone suggested we come back or even spoke to us directly. Wish there was an option for zero stars. So we walk into this shit whole to price tattoos since we were shopping around town. The one guy gives us the best price so excited we asked if they were available to get three of us done. He calls the guy ((WILL))sitting in the back stuffing bus face. With out him even asking anything the idiot yells back in book today I have no time. The guy that gave us the price said he was open and was able to take care of us so we went on with the process. While waiting another customer comes in for assistance and Will came out to help him, the customer shows him a pic of a tattoo and Will gave him a price, the customer basically just repeated the price to confirm and Will went off on him telling him if he wanted a$20 tattoo to get the f$&"@ out of his store. Told him if he wants something done professionally he's gonna pay. Which is true but this poor customer did not deserve the redness from this asshole. This guy was a real jerk all night like his shit don't stink. Not to say we spent 6hrs there and for him being so booked all day, his customer walks in about an hour before we were done which was past 10pm. If the dickhead didn't want to take our business or anyone else's he should just say it straight out. We are happy with the work we got done but will not recommend this place to anyone. On their website it states that they are a tattoo and body piercing salon. I lost a piece of jewelry from one of my piercings and went in to purchase a replacement. When I first pulled up to the place, I started rethinking my business selection since the parking lot only had one other car in it and two people were using it as a bench to smoke but I thought I was being too judgmental and went in anyway. Once inside, I felt ignored and then unwanted. I asked if they had any body jewelry and the gentleman looked at me like I had two heads and said that he didn't know what piercing I was talking about. He suggested I try the mall (which actually turned out to be a helpful suggestion). I would be totally fine with this place if they just didn't have the jewelry I was looking for but the demeanor of the two gentleman in the shop seemed rough and unfriendly and I personally didn't feel the place looked up to par for somewhere I would want to go for a tattoo. I can't speak to their work since I didn't have any tattoos done by them so the artwork may be exceptional. However, I didn't feel very safe being there and they didn't seem to be very knowledgable on the subjects the website claimed them to be.
