I love this place. All my piercings that I have I have gotten them here. But the only down fall about this place is they open two hours late. I usually get here at 11 when there suppose to open an I have to wait til 1 for them to open. So don't come until around 1 or you will be sitting!

Poor customer service. Messaged mid-week asking how to get a piercing on Saturday while we would be in the Wilkes area, was told to call after 2pm. Made multiple calls with no answers. Stopped in and ...
Poor customer service. Messaged mid-week asking how to get a piercing on Saturday while we would be in the Wilkes area, was told to call after 2pm. Made multiple calls with no answers. Stopped in and talked, was refused service at that time but stated we could wait and be put on the books for next week. Came back to Boone, where we live, to an excellent shop with great customer service and cheaper prices.

I went with my 20 year old son to get his first tattoo at Valle Ink. They joked with him, talked to him to make him feel more comfortable and keep him from being nervous, and the tattoo looks amazing....

I got my septum pierced while i was down in North carolina and he deffinetly pierced it crooked..my left side goes way up in my nostril and it will not stay straight at all no matter if i move it it g...

I went to go get a matching tattoo with my mom, and we had a BLAST! Mark is really fun and my first tattoo experience was a blast! I will definitely go back to him for more tattoos!
