Great place. I brought in a rough sketch of my own design and the guy was very patient with helping me get it exactly right. Fair warning though, the minimum charge is $40 and he only accepts cash.

I've gotten 2 tats from Jay Vee and both turned out great. Awesome artist. He pays really close attention to detail and it shows. Would definitely recommend him if you're looking for an artist.
