I didn't get a tattoo here but my fiance did during one of their flash sales. We arrived and were told that there would be an hour wait, when we ended up waiting over 3 hours. Overall, they were fairly friendly and made the wait not as bad. I understand flash sales are busy, but there was only one of the people tattooing who seemed at all professional and wasnt walking around, goofing off and visibly drinking beer while working. If they took people as they came instead of goofing off, I'm sure the wait would have been a lot shorter. There were people not being tattooed or that worked there behind the counters in the room when they do tattoos just standing around talking. One of them, cant remember his name, but he was walking around, beer in hand, while there were people lined up to get tattoos that maybe took 5 minutes to do. Him and some girl working there were joking about raping one another at one point. The shop is also a bike shop, and he was cranking bikes and letting them run INSIDE making it smell awful enough for me to have to go outside for air. He then told my fiance that he couldn't vape inside because it was a health code violation and I was like REALLY??? When we finally got his tattoo done, it only took a few minutes and he didn't even clean or wrap it. I said something and they shrugged it off. We had to thoroughly clean the excess ink off when we got home, which was 45 minutes away. I've been having him clean it way more than normal because of how unclean I feel the situation was to avoid any kind of infection. He said the overall experience wasnt worth waiting that long for a tiny tattoo. Very unprofessional workplace. Do NOT recommend and will NOT return. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the tattoo turned out half decent for $20. If you dont want a bad review, act more professional. Read Less
