I went and got my septum from Miles, originally I was super excited. He told me that I could flip it up to hide it due to my job. I had flipped it up for work and it would not come back down so I went to a tattoo shop locally to my hometown and they told me that he pierced it to high and wrong. I had three different piercers look at it, and after many recommendations had to go to the hospital to get it surgically removed. I have not talked to Miles yet, because I’ve been at the hospital all day. But I feel like if they can’t pierce probably and in the right spot they shouldn’t pierce at all. I have nothing against Miles, he seemed like a nice guy but I feel like he was in to much of a hurry and rushed things to get back to his tattoo he was working on and I caught the wind of that and that’s completely unfair. The pain I had to go through getting the septum was bad enough, the pain I had to go through to get it removed was traumatic. I’ll probably not ever get a piercing again due to that experience. Diego did my tat yesterday and he done an amazing job. He done it exactly how i wanted it done. He's clean, quick, and super nice. Everyone in there is super nice. My husband even set up an appt to get a tat with the other tattoo artist. So we will be back. Thanks for a great tat. Read Less

Had some trouble with a dermal that I got a year ago somewhere else...my kid had stepped on it a month ago and it had been messed up ever since... These guys were so helpful in trying to fix my problem... Educating me on how to take better care of it and resetting the piercing. Unfortunately my body didn't respond well to the reset and I went back to get it took out. Great customer service, completely professional and nice. Read Less

Girlfrie,d came in here to get a piercing done on the inside of her ear, a daith as she calls it, well the fucking asshole that does the piercings did it, and not a couple days later it got real bad infected, i do not recommend this awful place at all, youll be wasting your money if you come in here! Diego is an awesome artist! I've followed his work on fb for awhile before getting a tattoo and he did a great job. I've also bought a painting from him. He is creative, talented, and caring I will certainly be getting more work from him! I haven't had a tattoo from Miles but I've seen his work and he is amazing as well.
