My first visit with Lindsey was fabulous. I left very happy with my results.....then the issue. Usually you would have a follow up 4 weeks after initial visit.. mine was schedule 2 months out not sure why. I confirmed a week prior..then the day before she text me could I come early. Unfortunately I had another appointment in Charlotte and didn't think I could make it in earlier. She text me again she needed me earlier....so I just called thinking text is confusing at times. She immediately started yelling saying she was only asking for 30min...and she had an event to go to..and was booked to June and couldn't reschedule...she flew a few insults my way. And even brought up she gave me a discount..what discount? I paid $500 cash...no discount I was aware about...I never asked for or needed a discount. I simply wanted my very fade eyebrows to be touched up as promised in our original agreement. I paid for a 2 step process now I'm stuck looking for someone to finish what someone else started. I'm really disappointed. I thought Lindsey way a cool, nice person we had a great visit. Looks like only concern is the money..I suggest you don't pay the total until entire service is complete. Waxing, shaping, microblading, Lindsey has done it all for me. Seriously, if you are considering any/all of these services, quit looking elsewhere & go to her. I wish I could give Niche 10 stars! My experience with Lindsey FAR exceeded my expectations of microblading. I had been researching people who specialize in microblading in the hickory/charlotte area for months. I am so grateful that I found Niche!! I chose Lindsey to do my eyebrows because I was impressed with her website. She was the only one that listed her education on her website. When I was looking for someone to tattoo eyebrows for me, I wanted to know where they learned, how much schooling they had and see some of their work. Lindsey had all this information on her website. She did my eyebrows about a week ago and I love them! Lindsey did a fabulous job. She thoroughly explained the process to me, worked on the brow shape until it was perfect and just what I wanted, and then gave me the brows I wanted. I am so happy with them.
