Fair warning. You should be aware that you will be charged for a piercing to have jewelry swapped out. Was not made aware of this "shop policy" until AFTER services had been received. Any other shop I've visited in the Charlotte area only charges you for the jewelry. $30 plus tip for something that took less than a minute. Had I been told this over the phone, at time of arrival or when I clarified I wasn't there for a piercing when I got taken back, I would have gone to another shop. What a wonderful place! I took my niece to get her nosed pierced and they were amazing with her! I arrived at the shop about 30 minutes before her to "scope it out" and make sure I trusted them and they blew me away. Very professional, knowledgeable, hygienic and overall great guys. I had my lip pierced here a couple weeks ago. The procedure was very quick. The piercing is healing nicely; I've experienced almost no pain or swelling. Destanie (piercer) was awesome and the staff were all friendly. I will be returning for any future piercings. Read Less

By far one of the best shops in Monroe. I've been in every one of the shops looking for good artist, and was more impressed by Manley and Kevin's work than anyone else in town. I saw on facebook where they just started doing piercings. I had mine done several times before, always rejected. I knew it was going to hurt more because of the scar tissue. It took less then ten minutes and never felt it. The people were really nice and a great place cooly decorated. I would reccomend them to anyone. Read Less
