I am changing my review after repeated problems with the owner to 1 star. I've caught him in countless lies, unprofessional situations, dealing in illegal activity in his tattoo shop. I was stunned at the measure of unprofessuonalism and negligence his business degenerated into.

Heard the owner likes to tattoo minors, deal drugs to them and come in to work on tattoos when he's high as a kite. Also heard hes passed a few staph infections around to some local business owners hes tattooed, but hey what do i know ;)

Hard to believe we have a shop in NC with such talent and versatility! When my tattoo was finished, I was speechless! If you want a tattoo and you want an artist that goes above and beyond to create your masterpiece, Southern Charm is where it is at! You want a super clean shop with a friendly atmosphere, again Southern Charm is the place to be!

Scott has done 4 of my tattoos and I love sitting in the chair while he does his work every time. I got lightheaded during the first few minutes, this time. He stopped immediately and got me some cand...
Scott has done 4 of my tattoos and I love sitting in the chair while he does his work every time. I got lightheaded during the first few minutes, this time. He stopped immediately and got me some candy and turned on the fan. The tattoo on my right wrist is so amazing and high quality. It's all I ever dreamed and more. I'm so glad he's open to making changes on placement and if a certain element can be moved.
While not a lot of designs were created after my consultation with him, a few weeks prior; he did take note of the things that I really wanted and added his own flair. Along with looking at my reference photos.
Southern Charm will always be my go to place for tattoos because of the friendly personality, and making sure customers are doing well and like what they are getting.

Southern Charm provides excellent tattoo work with excellent rates. It is also an extremely clean environment. Personally, I've only dealt with Scott so far, but I could not be happier with my tattoo work and with him as an artist. Scott is very professional and very personable. I could tell quickly that he conducts business well, and was willing to work with me from the first time I met him. I am already trying to plan my return to Southern Charm for more art work.

Personally, I've only dealt with Scott so far, but I could not be happier with my tattoo work and with him as an artist. Scott is very professional and very personable.
