I have been on two separate occasions for my septum and for both nostrils. The first time I went I had this amazing lady (I think she's the owner) pierce my septum. I never had any problems with it. She gave me great advice, and she was so kind. The second time I went I wanted both sides of my nose pierced. I was a little worried when it was a different piercer, but I went ahead with it anyways. This lady messed up, not only one, but both sides of my nose. She kept making ex...cuses on why the rings wouldn't go through. She tried shoving three different types of rings in my freshly pierced nose until I couldn't stand the pain anymore. The reason the rings wouldn't go through is because she took out the needle then attempted to put the ring through. My friends and I went tonight and got our noses and bellybuttons pierced. The manager was so nice and she did a great job. Plus they give a student discount- every piercing we recieved was $20. Will for sure go back for more piercings. Read Less

My boyfriend called, making an appointment for 5pm last week. He and I showed up at 4:40pm 20minutes before the appointment just to make sure we would be on time. The artist who was going to finish his outline informed us he was about an hour and a half behind and asked if we could come back at 7pm that night and he would knock 50$ off. Even though the shop says they close at 8pm he said he would keep it open and stay late to finish. We leave and return at 6:40pm and nobody w...as there, the parking lot was empty, the door locked, and the lights turned off. After waiting until almost 7:30pm nobody showed up and nobody answered the phone when we called. He called later that week to try and reschedule but was sent to voicemail. They waisted out time and gas having to drive back and forth. Bottom line, this is the most unprofessional shop and people I have ever met and would never ever recommend them to anyone else. Not only are their hours advertised incorrectly but, I called to make an appointment (within advertised time) and was advised they would accommodate. However, when I show up... One of the worst experiences I have ever had.. And I wasn't even the one being tattooed.. The employees are very unprofessional.. One of them farted while my sister was getting her tattoo done... And the other appearantly likes drama found out what she was getting and immediately started calling people talking trash about what she was getting... Also I thought kids weren't allowed in tattoo shops.. The ink was watery and sat out for a good ten minutes (give or take) before they even started..
