Overpriced for tattoos. Didn't pierce my belly button right only went through a thin layer of skin and not all the way through. Now they still wanna charge me for a piercing when they are the ones who fucked it up! Read Less

If you love getting the SAME tattoo done 3 or 4 times then this is your place!! I went to get 2 tattoos on the ankle. The color peeled off within a week and it looked awful. I went back to get it "fixed" and was told that the lady (Aerial) that did my tat is no longer there and Bones would be glad to fix the tattoo. The lady and man that own the shop was extremely nice and willing to make it right. So I get them fixed and had Bones do a new one on my wrist. They look awful! The one on my wrist looks older and more faded than my 15 year old tattoo. I have to get the 2 on my ankle done again for the 3rd time. This sucks! Read Less

Ariel did both my teen daughters piercings did a fabulous job. I didnt get a chance to talk to anyone else but a young man quickly asked us how they can help us and gave us the forms and everything we needed to get started and also gave us an estimated time of wait and as the place was packed but yet he estimateed a 15 minute wait and she she was ready for us in 10 mins!! I am a harsh critic when it comes to service because I am in the customer service industry also a consumer I understand the need for good quality customer service and ethics. And the "Pirates Den" was more than what I expected from a tatoo to be honest. But Ariel introduced her self to us, did a great job educating both myself and my teens about the piercing procedure and after care. She explained the procedure carefeully, connected with the teens at their level and with myself as a parent she reccomended care products ect. That was invaluable information that otherwise we would not know. She offered her card, her name and email for us to call her at any time with any questions. She was very professional and extrememly helpful. I left feeling confident and happy with the money spent, so much so we gave her a 20.00 tip. Good customer service is hard to come by, appreciate those who go the extra mile. A few weeks later I called the shop with some questions about replacement Belly rings etc and Josh was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am very please and very impressed as well. Not sure where these comments are coming from . I went to Pirates Den with my idea not only did I get it drawn out but the other artist suggested Johnny to do it because he knew he would do a better job at it .How great is that !!! Everyone was super friendly and nobody passed judgment on me as I know of . I get the most compliments on my tattoo and it looks pretty darn awesome. I agree that everyone should take time and find a good artist to do a tattoo. That's why as long as Johnny does tatts he will be doing mine . Love you guys and gals!!! Read Less

walked in and had a tattoo idea printed out. Lady that worked there was absolutely rude about my tattoo idea and wouldnt give me any ideas on how it would be possible or even look good. I wouldnt ever recommend them to anybody that i know to get a tattoo there. They arent friendly at all. Read Less
