Got an awesome custom tattoo from Matt and my husband got one from Dave. They were both incredible. We got scheduled only a week out from when first walked in (for a Saturday appt). The price was very reasonable and Matt was so gentle. The vibe in the place is very laid back. My daughter's, myself, hubby and brother have all come here and will continue to come. Got my forward helix done and the stud he used was to short that my ear did not have room to swell or heal I had to take it out. He used the wrong piercing for that area he could not even get his fingers in to tighten the ball my ear was pouring blood from him trying. i got a nose piercing done here loved how it turned out great I was nervous at first and Savannah(my piercer) handed me a stress ball while i got it done once i was done i almost passed out and she brought me a soda while i laid down thank you very much I loved my experience here and totally recommend it!!! I recently got my nipples pierced at this place. I was so nervous and so scared walking into the shop, but the guy that did my piercings name was Kele and he did an outstanding job. He really made me feel comfortable, made me laugh and talked to me to help take my mind off the pain. The staff was very friendly and just all around an amazing group of people. Seriously the best place for piercings! Billy is the bees knees! He redid my snakebites and made sure they were EVEN! Not only that, but he explained every step of the process and told me everything he was doing and using. I just left from going to get my conch pierced and the piercer Billy was the coolest, quickest, and most knowledgeable person I've ever went to to get a piercing. He made the experience feel personal and relaxed and he took his time to make sure everything was good and that I knew how to take care of it. Also, I take pain pretty well, but he still asked me multiple times if I was feeling nauseous or hot, and generally just making sure I was okay which made me feel better. I will always go back there. I have been coming here since I was 15 years old and have had great experiences aside from the last visit I had. One of the artists, Dave was a cocky asshole who bashed my arm piece claiming I spent too much and he could've done it better and faster. Yet, interesting enough, when I compared his art on his Instagram with the page of Brent Lakowsky (guy who did mine in Charleston) Dave's work was awful in comparison lmaooo Billy is a good piercer and Matt seems nice but don't fw Dave  you could just tell he was a shit talker and made the whole environment uncomfortable for me due to his lack in respect. They've lost a 5 year customer I can go to charlotte tattoo co for much better work, anyway lol Read Less

He did such an awesome job that you would never even know that it was there- just the way a cover should be!
