I had my very first tattoo done by Josh this week and I can't even say how much I love it. I was a little concerned about someone not being into doing what I wanted, which was my kids and grandson's birth month flowers, since my perception of tattoos and artists was that that might not be an fun design for them to do. Josh was amazing. He listened to what I wanted (which was maybe kind of vague :) ) and spent so much time getting it right. He incorporated my ideas into a piece I love. So much creativity and talent! Not to mention, his soundtrack was awesome and I am glad he got to play it while we were there (he might have mentioned the other artists don't have the same taste in music LOL), conversation was great and we had many laughs. I received my tattoo last night from Lindsay. It is amazing, I can't believe how great it looks. I brought her my design and she put her own spin on it, and it turned out even better than I could imagine. My wife keeps catching me looking at it in the mirror. The only thing I am bummed about is that I didn't find Lindsay earlier. She is outstanding, I will not have anyone else tattoo me in the future but her. She is an amazing artist! I've had 5 pieces done at Unique, most of them by Bitt, over the last 11 years. Every time my tattoo has been exactly what I wanted and how I envisioned it would look. The prices are decent too. I just want to say that Mark is the bomb diggity. � I went in feeling spontaneous (which I never do), had no idea what I wanted, and he took a base idea of mine and made it amazing. After a bad experience getting a tattoo on neck about 15 years ago. I went through numerous treatments of laser removal. I got my nose pierced at Unique Ink and they did an awesome job. The shop is very clean and well-kept and they've been around for around 10 years...and you don't stay open that long if you're rude or bad at your work. I have no idea what my piercer's name was but she was the only woman in the shop and she had dreads. She was very friendly and professional and the piercing was painless. She was very thorough on after-care instructions. The piercing itself and prep took no more than 5 minutes total and is done in a sterile, private room.
