I had a hard time making an appointment. I called and left messages, and messaged them via Facebook. I was trying to make an appt for when I was in the area because the shop came highly recommended. When I got to Jacksonville, I stopped in the shop and was able to make an appt for later in the week. My appt was set for 1630, and I got there around 1615. The "artist" wasn't there and had to be called. She finally showed up over an hour past my appt time. My tattoo was a simple one, no color. It looked good when she was done, but now that it's healed, I can see major imperfections. The lines aren't straight, there are big areas of missing color. I have 4 other tattoos (large ones) and have never had this issue. Because I live over 4 hours away, getting it "fixed" is not possible. Really upset because it took me a long time to decide what I was going to get. Looking into getting it removed now which is extremely costly, but better than having something that is embarrassing to show off. Read Less

One of the greatest tattoo parlors I ever been too! I got a band tattoo on my arm and a rib tattoo of dog tags with my fallen comrades from when I served in the military. I wasn't impressed at all. This was my third tattoo and my artist was completely arrogant and rushed through my tattoo without asking questions. I had seen his artwork online and felt that I could trust his judgement, but because he rushed it, it wasn't what I had been wanting and now I am planning to get the tattoo removed and redone by another (better) artist who values his clients more rather than treating them so poorly.
