2nd visit here, and between the work the cost and the quality...you won't find a better shop. Cant thank the guys enough for everything they've done...Maybe not the biggest...but definitely the best....

Drove all the way from Wilmington...that alone should speak volumes...Want some great tattoo's ?? Go see these guys.

If you're not going here to get your work done, you should!!! I've gotten most of my ink work done here, have referred/taken many friends and family here, and keep returning for more work, even though...

45 yrs old and got my first ink today and I have to say I am extremely pleased with the work I had done today. Larry was phenomenal and put me at complete ease, walked me through everything that was being done, and was a total professional. His attention to detail was great!! I would definitely recommend East Coast to anyone looking for new ink.

When I was in the Marine Corps I got many tattoos. Most of them have already faded, but the couple I got from Tom at East Coast Tattoo still look like they're only just healed! Tom did a 6 hour ribc...
When I was in the Marine Corps I got many tattoos. Most of them have already faded, but the couple I got from Tom at East Coast Tattoo still look like they're only just healed! Tom did a 6 hour ribcage piece of a Koi fish, waterfall and dragon, and we spent about 23 hours together for a 3/4 sleeve over the course of a couple weeks.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Very professional, the art work looks amazing. I have definitely found my permanent tattoo shop here in NC. Thank you.

I've lived in Jacksonville for 35yrs and had work done by 5 different artists, in 5 different shops in the local area. Tom and Wade are a couple of stand up guys with amazing skills and imagination. Wade did an amazing job on a 20yr old cover up and for the first time ever, I felt like I was at home and part of the shop family. The shop rates are competitive and more then reasonable. The attitudes and atmosphere are far better then any other shop I've ever been in. 5 stars and two thumbs up from me.

All I can say is Larry and Tom are awesome guys and do amazing work. Larry did an amazing job on my piece and Tom did an awesome touch up on my girlfriend. Could not of asked for a better place! Paul is amazing. It was a fast, professional, and comfortable experience. It was my first tattoo, and I can honestly say I wouldn't have changed one thing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very professional for a tattoo shop, very clean, very informative. Fairly priced. Went in for a cover-up and the tattoo came out better than expected. Would definitely return.

Wade did an amazing job on a 20yr old cover up and for the first time ever, I felt like I was at home and part of the shop family. The shop rates are competitive and more then reasonable.
