I went to Bouncing Betty’s to get my “Daith” pierced on April 28, 2017. Laura did the piercing and did an excellent job. She didn’t show me and a friend a placement picture because we trusted her on the placement of the piercing. My friend’s ear is healing great, but mine is still healing after almost two months and it looks like I just got it done. I had her change the jewelry out on May 23 and still had problems. I figured I have an allergy to the metal. A few friends who k...now the placement and where it is supposed to be showed me that instead of piercing the “Daith” she pierced the “forward helix”. On June 13, 2017 I went to Bombs Away on Henderson ext. and they showed me a placement picture. To my disappointment, I felt like I was defeated and duped. I went back to Bouncing Betty’s to talk about the placement and was told “No, it is in the right spot”. I asked for my money back and was told I had to talk to the owner. Today on June 14th the owner called me. I am not pleased by her lack of respect toward customers who go to her business. I was not complaining about how it was pierced. I am asking for a refund for the wrong placement of a piercing. They said they would redo the piercing but I didn’t want to do another one with their cheap jewelry that I was having a reaction to. I know I could always buy my own but I want my ear to heal first before I get another one done. I just wanted my money back, but the refused to give me it. Launa is amazing! She always responds to your txt within a few min if she's not in the middle of a tat. Love the fact it's family friendly. Everyone that I've seen there are great.
