The customer service was AWESOME. Sharon worked with me on price and design, and made me feel comfortable during the whole process of getting the tattoo (good conversation, but not too much, no pressure or awkwardness). I got my second tattoo here, and honestly, it was so much less painful than my first, though placement-wise it should have been more so. She has such a gentle hand, and her work is absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention that the whole store was so clean and well put together.
All in all, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend getting tattooed here.

Angel pierced my tragus same day and she was amazing too. Great people, great place, worth it. And I am definitely recommend this shop for everyone and I will be back!!! :)

My husband went to her when he first moved here, and recommended her to me for my first tattoo because she was so nice, very reasonable prices, and had a nice light hand. Now Ive been going to her for 3 years and love everything I've gotten from this shop!

Honestly the WORST tattoo place I've ever went to. I have multiple piercings and have never had any problems. The management SUCKS they don't care about customer service at all. Came here to get my smiley pierced for my birthday, within a week it was infected. I have always taken proper care of all of my piercings and I've never had this happen before. The piercer even messed up and had to REDO it! I was so excited to get it done that I didn't even realize that she didn't open the needle in front of me! (Which you are supposed to do) I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner of this POS tattoo shop even blocked me on her business page!

Honestly the WORST tattoo place I've ever went to. I have multiple piercings and have never had any problems. The management SUCKS they don't care about customer service at all.
