Dr. Hargrove was great administering my first try with Botox. My first visit was great. The procedure was quick and painless. Everyone was very professional. I will be returning for more visits.!

I highly recommend Graystone Aesthetic Center. For years, it seems customer service has been in decline, so it has been refreshing to do business with people who are professional, knowledgeable and friendly; from the receptionists to the aestheticians. Most importantly, I feel both comfortable and that my business is appreciated here.

From the minute I walked through the doors, the friendliness of the receptionist greeted me and the professionalism and caring carried throughout the clinic with the staff and the physician. Everyone explained my options and carefully took me through the process. The following day, a staff member called me to make sure I didn't have any questions and to ask about me. I told her, "Give Dr. Hargrove a great big hug for me!". Great team! Great Clinic! I'll be back!

I went for my first consultation about a week and a half ago. The experience was really pleasant. The setting, the staff, the level of professionalism all put my nerves at ease. I start my treatments in about a week and I am excited instead of worried or nervous. Any questions I have had have been answered quickly and well. Thus far, it's been a good experience.

If you are concerned after a treatment they will see you and check everything out and make sure you are Ok! Tattoo removal is a long process,so I would highly recommend you choose someone you can trust to be honest about this process and someone who is going to look after your care! Highly recommend Graystone Aesthetics and Carrie is just the best!

My experience at Graystone Aesthetic Center was wonderful! I was treated respectfully in a relaxed atmosphere. My surgery went perfectly and I would highly recommend Dr. Hargrove to anyone wanting or needing a cosmetic procedure. The office staff are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them over any other anti-aging center in Hickory.
