This place is hands down has the best customer service I have experienced from any tattoo parlor. The artist came in even when they were not open to sit down with me. We spent hours talking about my cover up and add on my to another tattoo. She gives you a visual of what your tattoo will look like on you and for someone like me whose a visual learner I love that! Every tattoo shop I have visited in the area they never really sit down and listen but by her doing this I just felt like I was in good hands! I just went in yesterday, but once I receive my cover up I will post pictures back on here of the before and after! I seen her work both online and in the shop and love every single one of them! Not to mention, she gave my daughter some toys that were sitting there in the shop which was so thoughtful. It was just overall such a welcoming environment. Had a really good experience getting my first tattoo here. The owner and her daughter were really helpful and friendly. When the owner heard it was my first tattoo she started explaining all the things I should look for in a tattoo parlor and how to make sure that the tattoo artists know what they're doing. Awful experience. Both the owner and the owners daughter had an awful attitude when me and my mother walked in on time for an appointment scheduled a week and a half prior to the appointment. We walked right out the door and didn't get tattooed by her. Both her mother and the daughter also post degrading post about their customers which is very unprofessional when owning a business. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Havelock area. Donna took a good amount of time helping me with ideas of what to add to my previous tattoos and how to integrate the new additions. I am 60 years old and I got my first tattoo at Purple Passion. Donna, who does the tattoo, took my idea for a tattoo and completely redesigned it and turned it into a work of art. I LOVE IT! This is a family ran business, very relaxed, appointment only and comfortable. I experienced very little pain and watched two movies while Donna worked.
