I frequent them all a lot, and was very hesitant about getting a tattoo done, but after Boss Lady introduce me to Merci, it put my mind at ease. After dealing with another tattoo artist at a different shop, I was not trying to be going from place to place, but I'm glad that I got my ink done here. Bosslady was the best. She talked me through my ear piercing and was quick doing it. Explained the after care. Frequented this establishment 5 times previously for piercings for my daughter. Customer service has changed drastically since downsizing and moving to other location in four seasons. Today's visit has convinced me to no longer patronage this store. Purchased retainers for sports. Husband said $14 was too much for 2 retainers. Came back 15 minutes later to return. Was told no returns. I said there is no sign stating no returns. Received explanation that if I don't like it or find it somewhere else cheaper, items can not be returned unless defective. Offered to give back retainers in exchange for a store credit. She laughed and declined. Asked for the manager. Was told that I was speaking to the manager. I left ... no need in trying to talk to someone who was clearly getting off on my misfortune. Now I know why the store was empty. Not going back after this. Read Less

I had decided to get my nose pierced about a month ago. The piercer was Boss Lady Tammy and she was amazing. I was so nervous and scared but she made it somewhat okay. She daid "its just a little pinch, the side that you get it on, that eye waters, and that's it." Afterwards she wioed my eye, told me how to care for it and gave me her contact information and I was on my merry way. I will definitely be going back for more piercings. Read Less

I had a great experience with getting my tattoo! 1. The location: they have moved to a smaller more intimate location in the mall that caters to people serious about what they want (tattoos/piercings) 2. As SOON as I walked in, I was promptly greeted and an artist (Mercy) asked what I would like done. He took the time to look at how I wanted the tattoo -gave his input and we figured out the best idea. 3. The pricing-great price for a GREAT artist! Tattoo work was sloppy. Had to go back to get two tattoos reoutlined and recolored in. And they are still are not right. Faded , blotchy and almost as if there ink was watered down. I won't never go back there and only went back the second time because thought they should honor there work. Which they did but still turned out looking the same. I believe it's there needles/ guns and ink they use. Not up to par or standards of other tattoo shops I've visited. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone !! Read Less

I always go here to get my piercings! BossLady is the sweetest.. actually all of the staff members are pretty cool. My friends and I have absolutely no problems with our piercings. About a week ago I went to get my forward helix and my tragus pierced. Josie did my piercing and she, as well as the rest of the staff, is AMAZING. She tells you exactly what to expect and knew what to do when I got lightheaded lol. Everyone in the shop is friendly, and just overall good people to be around. I came in & got a tattoo about year ago. I live about an hour away but decided to get a tattoo with my friend who lives in the area. When my tattoo was healed I realized that the lines were crooked, there was shading were there shouldnt be any & some lines were thicker than others. I went back & showed them, they said that they could fix it by shading it out & thats not what I wanted so I decided to not go back to get it fixed. I now have to spend more money to get someone to fix it the way I want. So beware when choosing to use this shop. Read Less
