I have gotten quite a few piercings, from 4 different locations throughout my life, and this was the worst experience I've had yet. I received two piercings from the female piercer, Mae, septum and smiley. The first time I went to get my septum done, it was honestly a good experience. The piercing was straight, a price I was expecting, and she gave the usual advice on how to to keep it clean and so forth. But the second experience is what made me decide to never return. I finally went and got my smiley done, and as soon as I walked in and said hello something was off. She didn't even ask how I was doing, and her entire attitude was cold and short. I figured "hey, my septum turned out good, everyone has days when they don't feel like talking so much", that's why I didn't leave right away. The process was clean and fast as usual, virtually painless as well. But upon looking at it, and especially after it's healed, it is RIDICULOUSLY crooked. As well as that, I asked if she knew the best mouthwash to get for it, and she responded that she didn't know and to look at the ingredients. After that I paid and left, happy that I was pierced but hindsight 20/20, I should have left before it was done and gone to a different shop. I am not sure if it was some weird personal issue or what, but I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and common decency. To apprentice for years and make something so crooked it couldn't be an accident. I would not ever recommend this shop to ANY person, friend or foe, looking to get pierced.

Got my belly button pierced. Best service ever! Quick and easy. The instructions are clear and also written out. I got lightheaded and instead of rushing me out the door they sat with me on the couch and gave me a bottle of water and a cookie. Definitely would recommend going here. The prices are very reasonable and they take care of you.

She was super clean and fast! I am beyond pleased with my piercing and my service given!! Not to mention she went over a previous scar from the piercing before (which I absolutely regret letting the girl who pierced me that time do it) and made it look amazing as well ���

I went in Tuesday, March 21st, to the Goldsboro shop to get my nipples pierced. I have had piercings there years ago and everything went fine. They have a new piercer now, her name is Sydney. She pierced both my nipples and not knowing much about these piercings I went on about my business. The more I looked at them the next day, the more I realized they were both pierced in the wrong places and one was very much pierced at a slant. Come to find out this girl has only been pi...ercing for a few months, and was even turned down a piercing job at a reputable shop because her work was not where it should be in order to be sticking people with needles. I was advised by other piercers to take them out immediately because they would most likely migrate where they were. I tried to message her, she didn't have much to say. The owner was supposed to call me and I never got a call from him. All I wanted was my money back and I was told I couldn't because I had already taken the jewelry out (I have pictures and you can still see the marks from the needle so he would have all the visual he needs). I, along with other people I have spoken to, would not recommend letting her pierce you. I did not feel this situation was handled professionally and feel as if she is going to ruin the reputation of Garry's shops. The first time I went there to get A MONROE the girl ( don't know her name) doing the piercing stuck the needle through and pulled it out before the ring made it all the way through my lip. She the proceeded to poke around and squeeze my lip for at least 3 minutes by now I'm bleeding she goes and gets Garry to help her but he couldn't get the ring through either he then tells me I can come back when it heals and get it done free of charge! She was really obnoxious after the fact saying things like do you want a piece of candy or a lollipop and laughing not knowing that smart remarks could get her smacked up she is truly unprofessional and doesn't know what she's doing!

I have 7 tattoos and have had numerous piercings. I wanted my nose professionally repierced today as a way to remember my friend. What I got was someone who made me wait much longer than I should have, didn't even call me by my name ONCE, didn't try to explain the whole situation and what was going to happen. She acted like I was somehow an inconvenience for her life. She marked my nose, didn't offer me a mirror to see if it was right, but since I have a very obvious mark fr...om my previous piercing, I figured it was a follow the dots situation. Nope. This woman pieced basically my nasal cavity. She knew she blew it because she didn't offer me a mirror to see it after, either. So thanks for the 3rd nostril. Much appreciated. Please teach the people you hire how to actually do their job and be good at it. I have gotten quite a few piercings, from 4 different locations throughout my life, and this was the worst experience I've had yet. I received two piercings from the female piercer, Mae, septum and smiley. The first time I went to get my septum done, it was honestly a good experience. The piercing was straight, a price I was expecting, and she gave the usual advice on how to to keep it clean and so forth. But the second experience is what made me decide to never return.
