I went here to get my eyebrows microbladed, Savannah did a great job and talked me through the whole process. I haven't had any tattoo work done here but I saw a few of their binders & customers and they all seem very talented. The artists are polite & make you feel at home. Not a fan of the front desk receptionist but I know she has her hands full, the front desk was busy the entire time I was there (about an hour & 20 minutes). Overall, I do recommend them and am planning on getting some piercings & future microblading done. If my artist ever leaves I would consider this place for tattoos as well. Read Less

Absolutely loved New Addiction Tattoo....the staff was very welcoming....the shop itself was very very clean which is one of my biggest pet peeves and they were perfect in that aspect. Adrian did my work and that man is talented beyond words. Just to sit there and watch his mind work should cost extra, absolutely amazing. I am beyond satisfied with my ink and can’t wait to go back and have more work done. During a short trip back from a deployment, I wanted to get some work done. I was only home for 10 days and when I came in they were able to fit me with short notice. Danny did my work and he was absolutely amazing. He came in on a Sunday on his day off to make sure I was able to get my work done before I left. He'll be honest with you about the art, able to find something you like better than the idea you had in the first place. My daughter and I got matching tattoos yesterday and we L.O.V.E. them and him! I've gotten a tattoo here before and I loved it and decided to come back! Now I originally was supposed to be tattooed by charlie but he never showed up. I ended up switching artists and got a $50 voucher to use towards my next tattoo there. I ended up getting a tattoo by Jezabell and there's no regrets! She worked with me to figure out the perfect tattoo and she was so awesome to work with! She tattooed my mermaid and I love it! Everyone there is super awesome and the staff is friendly! The quality of work is awesome. I got a very frosty reception from the people at the front desk. I was dropped off by a friend. If I had my car I would have left immediately. I believe when a customer is using a service, they should at least get good customer service. My tatoo turned out great! My tatoo artist, Jazebell was super sweet! Justin has done two large tattoos on me and they are by far the best tattoos on my body. He did an amazing memorial tribute on my bicep/shoulder and a dope piece on my thigh. He's very professional and keeps you talking so you don't think about the pain. I've had my tattoo on my thigh for almost 6 months and it still looks brand new the colors are bright and perfectly shaded. I would only get work done by someone in this shop. I really like the shop and everyone was really nice my tattoo turned out pretty good, the only thing I am slight disappointed in is my tattoo felt rushed, due to a initial drawing problem and because of that my tattoo turned out really well but still needs a little bit of work and I mean little just a few fill ins that got missed . Amazing place! I love the atmosphere, people, and work done here. I've come in to New Addiction on two occasions, once taking my friend in for a septum piercing and the second for my own tattoo. Both instances I was treated politely and the area was very clean. The piercer did a very clean job with my friend's piercing and was very thorough about the after care and a fun person. Same when I went in for my first tattoo, done by Danny. He was very nice and helpful and did an over all wonderful job. Going in I heard laughter and smart comments poked back and forth which in my opinion helps makes the best atmosphere! I used several artist around town before finding Adrian. Once I got a tattoo from him I refuse to get a tattoo from anyone else. Your counter staff sit on her butt, get up and sale me2. My wife wanted a simple infinity sign which we were well willing to pay $100 for to try this new shop out. Her sign represents her dead mother and the infinite of her love to her and how every night she told her she loved her 1000 times to the moon. Before you knock something look it up in history.3. Only reason these guys got 2 stars was because the shop itself did look very professional and clean. However, there is a serious lack of communication between the clerk and the artists for appointments. Because of this, I add my tattoo rescheduled on me, twice.
