My experience here was horrible well the tattoo itself was very good the service was despicable the reason I went there was because I could get it that day they had walked in Service I can understand why there is no waiting for you to get a tattoo service is hideous and the reason I say that is because I was put on a table he raise the table quite a lot gave me my tattoo which looked awesome wrapped in cellophane as usual and left me there and told me to take it off in an hour OK so I figured I’d wait One of the reasons I waited was because the darn table was so high he never lowered it and he told me when I could take it off after the hour was done I’m sitting there waiting and waiting finally I literally had to jump off the table when I’m out front and said to the tattoo artist is the hour over he looked at me with the state of confusion and said he didn’t know you’ve got to be kidding me I took the cellophane off and left he never told me how to take care of that tattoo or anything thank goodness I knew how to take care of one but I would not suggest anybody to go there especially if you knew to tattooing they need to re-organize badly The only reason I gave it two stars instead of them one is because the tattoo was really good Read Less

The staff was more then nice. The place was extremely hygienic. Went in for some plugs and my girlfriend and I decided to get our toungs pierced! Took about 15 minutes didn't feel anything and the piercing looks great. Read Less

I was recommended here by my friend , of course a little skeptical at first dealing with a new artist. Steve was beyond patient with me even though i changed the design last minute ! i let him be the judge on the coloring and i tell you i was blown away , exceeded all expectations. will continue to return and will refer everyone i know here! My fiance and I wanted coinciding tattoos rather than wedding bands. After seting up a appointment and being let down, by two different artists at two different shops, Steve took​ care of us and did a fabulous job of it! I'm not one to leave reviews, unless I feel as if they are to help others, including the one the review is written about. First coming to this shop, my friend and I were weary to go somewhere we have never been before. Our intentions were to get a small tattoo and a piercing. We first called the shop to ask the shop minimum. We arrived there, walked in and were greeted in a "what do you want" manner. We preceded to ask about things that we were interested in, and we got "are you kidding me" "you want that, wow". Keep in mind, working for a small well known business this is not the proper etiquette any owner/employee of any business should act. Regardless if you work at a tattoo shop. Then after we were already discouraged, we asked the shop minimum. The man gave a quote completely different than what was given on the phone, much higher. We had our minds made up that our business is going to go elsewhere, especially since these men were going to be the ones in charge of doing the service. After that experience, I will never recommend anyone there due to rude customer service, rude comments and lack of care for others. I hope this helps not only the consumers but the owner and employees. I know working in a tattoo shop can be the "cool" thing but it's only losing you money. Definitely not worth 5 stars. My tattoo was quickly done. There was not enough care when he was doing it. I should have had my original tattoo artist do my tattoo. Where as it would have been more expensive, it would have been done nice and neatly. Read Less

I know the owner and his family and they are wonderful people and have a very clean and neat shop.. It feels like home instead of a shop which really helps nervous people... I love the people and environment there... I will continue my business here.. I started with Steve doing a tattoo I won... I loved it so much I made a decision I never thought I would do...
