I can honestly say Seventh Sin Tattoo Company is the best tattoo shop I’ve EVER been in!! From the nice smell and cleanliness, (cleanest hands free bathroom and beautifully decorated), to the exceptional customer service and service from the tattoo artist , also very well organized!!! Seventh Sin was the first shop in my 35 plus years of getting ink that made me feel welcome and respected. Imagine an environment where you are the focus of attention not just the next customer. The level of professionalism and hygiene at the shop should be used as an example for all businesses. All of the artists at Seventh Sin could have” Rock Star” attitudes based on their level of art; instead of I’m the star you get “how can I help you achieve your ideal tattoo”. Tivis listened to what I wanted in a tattoo and explained how we could accomplish the goal. He took my wants and transformed them into the most kickass ink. Six tattoos later my right sleeve is done and the left arm sleeve is a work in progress. I heard about Seventh Sin when they came through the Hall of Fame and some of my coworkers went and got work done there soon after. They spoke highly of their experience so when I decided to get my first tat I called them up. My whole family has tattoos, so my stepdad went with me to make sure everything was legit. We were both extremely impressed by the shop as soon as we walked through the door. We were greeted by Tivis who immediately went to work on my design while I filled out paperwork. He brought out his design to make sure it was what I wanted and it was amazing for my simple idea and more than I asked for(a good thing). Took us back and when he realized it was my first tattoo took the time to over explain the process, made sure the placement was perfect for me and explained how a foot tattoo is a little different as far as healing and pain. He kept me talking through the work and finished quickly. His lines were flawless. I'm absolutely in love with my tattoo and couldn't have asked for more. Overall my experience was excellent Tivis was super professional and very talented, the shop was clean and very classy. I went back for my second tattoo less than six months later and plan on going back again. Chris provided excellent council about size, detail, and placement. I was a bit nervous as it was my first tattoo ever but Chris as well as Kyle and Tivis melted all my worries away by being kind, patient, fun, and upbeat. Had my last tattoo done by Tivis about a month ago and I could not be happier with it. I sent him a couple of images ahead of time with a vague idea of what I was looking for and he turned it into exactly what I wanted. The BEST place to get a tattoo in Charlotte. I have multiple tattoos from multiple places, and after my experience at Seventh Sin Tattoo, I will not go anywhere else. The people that work there are very knowledgeable, kind, and grateful for your business. Not to mention extremely talented! I knew what I was looking for in a tattoo artist, but I didn't expect these guys (all of them), to be as kind and welcoming as they were. It was by far the best tattoo experience I've had.
