I was a huge admirer of my mothers tattoos. My mother knew Ricky, a friend of her past. When I was 16, she allowed my first tattoo - a small red rose on the top of my left foot. Afterward, I went to Ricky's Tattoo for each tattoo I would receive, including having my eyes lined with black ink so that I wouldn't have to line them anymore, which have faded because that was 20-years ago. I asked for a tattoo around 2006, which I paid and tried increasing the amount he requested only for it to bounce. I never have made it right with him, but I have wanted to for the past 10-years only to forget when I had money, and remember when I have no money. Since then I have had 3 tattoos and not one of the 3 come close to the quality of Ricky's work. I will return and settle my debt, because I not only want more tattoos, but I need one to hide deep wound scars. I apologize Ricky, and I have kept you in mind.
