This place robbed me of my money. I am going to call the business bureau because they had me put down a $60 deposit without telling me it is not refundable and it is "really strict", all I wanted was a very small tattoo (not worth $60), I decided it is not worth $60 dollars and changed my mind. They were not understanding at all, in fact the wont even reschedule because "that appointment is gone" whatever that means. so yes they are keeping my $60 without even have gotten their services, that sounds like stealing money to me. They are rude and just because there some macho mans they bully people. Stay away honestly. I walked in on a whim on a snow day and Max was the only one working. Had a tattoo idea in mind and showed him. This was my first tattoo. Max was great about explaining things and how everything wasn't about to go down. I was a little nervous at first about the pain and just getting a first tattoo. I love Glenn's! I have four tats, three of which I got done here. My latest was done yesterday by Max and I've had countless compliments on it already! I went in earlier that day and was able to schedule a same day appointment for later that afternoon. I showed up, spoke to Max about what I wanted on my left arm and showed him some pics, he drew it up and then got to work. It took about two hours, is gorgeous and I'm a very happy customer again! i got three tattoos here all from pauly. the tattoos are great and the prices were ok.. i would have returned here for all my tatoos but pauly is a jerk and i dont want his ink. atfirst he treated me ok but he is very cocky. people would come in and he would overprice them if he didnt like their tattoo ideas and make fun of them when they left. he also wants to do all his tattoos like he will be wearing them. he doesnt listen to your ideas. the last time i was there i got a skull on my arm and was suppose to get some fill in to complete my half sleeve. his friend came in without an appointment (i had an appointment) and he rushed me out with out finishing it so he can do his friends. that was the last time i went back and i dont recomend him or the shop. i have gotten a lot of tattos other pplaces that i would have gotten by him if he didnt do that. i also have lots of friends that i told to go some place else so he lost lots of business for acting like a cocky jerk Read Less

The folks over at Glenn's were very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a simple outline tattoo that took all of 5 minutes, but it was my first one and I was sort of nervous. I had my helix and earhead pierced here (ear cartilage). The piercer (I think his name is Robert) is professional and experienced. He did a better job than the random piercers down at Myrtle Beach. Very clean. Indy has rated this the best tattoo parlor in the Triangle, which I didn't know when I went. Read Less
