My daughter and myself got a ear piercing yesterday i wanted a daith but the lady said she didn't recommend getting it because it would never heal.She was very professional ans she had a great sence of humor. From the time I went in for my consultation to my very first appointment it was great. The atmosphere of the shop is awesome. They treat each other like family and make you feel like that too. I asked her to design my piece as an homage to all my various home states, and I'm so thrilled with how beautiful and intricate her idea turned out. My daughter wanted a piercing for Mother's Day. I called around and found this place open on Sunday. I confirmed with the young lady who answered the phone that they would be open on Sunday and whether or not the piercer would be there. I was informed the piercer would be in at 1 and leave by 4 because it will be Mother's Day. My daughter and I showed up Sunday about 130 with the doors locked and a sign on the door saying they were closed except for appointments. I waited until a guy came to the door and I told him I called the previous day, was told the piercer would be there and he says, "yeah, she didn't show today". Poor customer service.
