I had my eyeliner done by Marcia and I LOVE it!!! The pain was definitely bearable thanks to the numbing cream she provides. Typically, I shy away from writing glowing reviews because people tend to think you work for the  person you're reviewing; however, Make-Up Enhancements by Marcia is worthy of the highest praise. I've had permanent make-up done at various locations from SC to Boston, and nothing compares to the high quality and excellent service at this place. Marcia is talented (she knows what she is doing and her confidence is reassuring); she is professional (she adheres strictly to proper protocol--everything is properly stored, sanitized, etc. and does not skimp in this area); she is so friendly and gregarious (very kind woman with a great personality). I've been wanting to do my brows for 10+ years, and finally got them done a month ago and love them! I also got my eyeliner done, and had both touched up today. I have really enjoyed not having to put on a lot of makeup in the morning. It takes me about 3 minutes to do my makeup now, instead of 15-20. Marcia has lots of experience, and definitely knows what she's doing. Even if you don't know exactly what you want, she is great at offering suggestions for what she thinks would be the best for you. Not happy. It has been about a year and half when I got my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips done. Did this because I was very depressed. Now I'm more depressed then ever! I look in the mirror and I want to cry. You can barely see my eyebrows and they do not look no way alike. I have no eyebrows and the ones Marcia did are about gone. I had top and bottom eyeliner done and they have spots in them that are gone. So if I go out I have to draw eyebrows and eyeliner if I don't want to look like a FREAK and everyone looking at me.
