Got my right nostril pierced there back in March. The guy didn't sanitize, mark, or anything. I went in, he told me to have a seat, he pierced my nose. It ended up on the flare part of my nose, not in the crease where it should be. I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. The piercing stood out on my nose like a sore! It got caught on a towel right before Christmas and it came out. I went to Golden Spiral Studios in Greensboro to have my nose redone on December 29th, and she couldn't pierce the same side because it had to heal. So, I got my left nostril pierced. Wendi (the piercer at Golden Spiral Studios) sanitized, marked, measured the thickness of my nostril, and created a made-for-me nose stud right there! A perfect piercing in the crease of my left nostril, AND I can't see it when I look down!! I will NOT be going back to Blue Luna Tattoo. Went to Blue Luna Tattoo Co.. last night with my husband. I got an amazing 3D butterfly tattoo, a belated birthday present. Designed by Asia Witherington and tattooed by Micah James. They did an amazing job and were wonderful to work with. Awesome people very friendly and patient making sure I was happy with the results. I can't wait for them to do my next one!! I have to say one of the best experiences I've had with Brian Woods. Out of all my ink artists he is my fav. I was there visiting from Oklahoma, had some ink withdrawal so I was told to come check him out. After discussing what I wanted and how I needed it done within a few days they worked with me to get it done right before I came home. It's healed and looking like the first day I got it. Today was my first visit to Blue Luna. I came to Asheboro to see my dad for Father's day. I had been wanting to get another tattoo for a while. My sister and brother-in-law had both been to Blue Luna before so we made a spur of the moment decision to go ahead and get another tattoo. We went in last night at 9:30 and made appointments for today. What a great experience. We all had awesome tattoos there. Asia did my sister and brother-in-law's tattoos and I had the awesome visiting award winning tattooist Spartacus Durant do mine. I'm beyond happy with my tattoo and am glad to have gotten it there! I initially had written a bad review for Blue Luna months ago in regards to one particular artist. I've decided to write a new one and if I could give more stars I would. I had another artist, Asia, reach out to me and inform me the artist who caused the bad review was no longer there and that she would love to change my mind about the place. She offered to tattoo me so I took it and she has to be one of the most friendly people I've ever met! She was nice as soon as I walked through the doors. She made my second visit completely opposite from the first and I couldn't be more satisfied. And I'm also very pleased with my tattoo. She is beyond sweet and talented and although I do have a tattoo artist of my own somewhere else, I definitely see myself visiting her in the future. I'd recommend everyone to check her out. By far the worst place ever. If you are looking for good quality tattoo's this is not the place you want to go to! This picture says it all, and by far the worst experience you will have. Oh and the parlor will totally deny he even did it! Save your breath and your money please! Thank God I was able to get it covered up at another tattoo shop, with TRUE artists. I love the staff at Blue Luna. Everybody is very welcoming and makes you feel at home right away. Brian has done both of my piercings, and many for my daughter..and not only is he professional, but very patient for some of his more nervous clients! The shop is beautiful and always clean.. I was impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff. I have recently been to other shops who treat piercing clients as second rate. The shop was clean and neat, there was lots of jewelry display in beautiful cases. Robert and the other gentleman (I didn't get his name) we're friendly and helpful. They asked my preference in piercer, which I had none. Asia did my daith piercing and was professional and fun. She kept a sterile environment and was concerned about any discomfort she was causing. Well I showed him ideas of what I wanted he said he couldn't do it. So I asked him if he has any better ideas all he could come up with was just two damn lines to put on my finger when I wanted a tribal symbol. He's not a professional at all because you want people to come back this is no way to get repeat business. I will be looking else where to hopefully get this awful mistake fixed and fast. Definitely isn't worth the 50 dollars i threw out especially when I can do it with a sharpie myself. He was just lazy and didn't want to do the damn thing. Hope this place can find better artist. I've been to alot of different tattoo artist and never had one not give me what I wanted I suggest if you want something done right go to someone who cares about their work and the happiness of their customer.
