Had a great experience with Samantha as my tattooist.  I brought in a drawing I'd made of what I'd like and she took it and ran with it, making it more tattoo-able (my original was a watercolour I did).  The result was a really gorgeous back piece.  First walking into Eternal Ink I noted that it was bright and clean with a pristinely clean and beautiful fish tank and clean comfy couches and decor.  Staff were helpful and polite and made sure to book me for two appointments because of the estimated size of the work.  This establishment is obviously quite busy because they do good work.  All artists are booked out several months in advance.  There are art books for each artist where you can compare and look for the style that works for you.  This was my first tattoo and it was huge.  Samantha was caring and gentle and used lidocaine liberally at various points to make me more comfortable.  Tattoos take time, there is set up time and resting points and occasional interruptions but I was very pleased with how nice, accommodating, and professional everyone was.  After care info was very clear and helpful too.  Sam is quick, gentle, and a talented artist and I highly recommend seeing her if you're interested in a tattoo. Last Wed I got my first tattoo at the age of 61. Sam was my artist, and she exceeded my expectations! She was professional, while being fun too! She gave me exactly what I wanted, and it's beautiful! I have nothing but great things to say about Eternal Ink and my artist Casper. He listened to my ideas and did everything he could to make it work covering up a giant ugly tattoo I had. He really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Great music and conversation throughout. When the tattoo was done he didn't try to push me out the door, he took the time to let it dry just right before wrapping it up. 2 days later and my arm feels great, I can't wait for my next appointment in a few weeks to finish it up. I have a few tattoos from Eternal Ink and they are my absolute best artwork and my favorites hands down. I get so many compliments on them! My one tat is a cover up that was done freehand - not only did it cover up the original tat but the tattoo is exquisite! This one is my favorite out of all 6 of mine and is the one I get the most compliments on! ALL the artists who work at Eternal Ink are high end and offer great quality work. Had a great experience at Eternal Ink with Nikki. I went in with an idea of what I wanted done, and she drew up something amazing! She was so thorough during the whole process, even moving and replacing the stencil multiple times until it was just perfect. I have to say the professionalism of this place is definitely above average. I remember walking in when I was younger to get a tattoo covered up that had been a mistake. My artist may not be there but even the other guys kept checking in. You feel like part of a family when you get a tattoo there and the work is meant to last. I'm very upset. The artist wrote 'More then' instead of 'More than' and wrote the writing way to small and used too much ink. I got it a few days ago so I'm already thinking about getting it covered up. My tattoo was very small and shouldnt have had the amount of ink it had pouring out of it. The staff was also extremely rude and at times were talking to each other and acted as if i wasn't even there while i was waiting to pay. Never again Read Less

I got my tattoo cover up by an artist who is no longer with Eternal Ink who did an ok job. I had to get it finished by Casper who took it to a whole new level. Casper has an amazing attention to detail as my eagle looks unreal. He is always very professional and along with his apprentices offer the same atmosphere. Talking about tattoo artists is a touchy subject for alot of people so I try to choose my words wisely.. Casper is the only artist I've ever had do work on me and will always be until he retires.. The staff and apprentices are always kind and Helpful.. With ever changing advancements in technology the studio is constantly upgrading TV's, Audio, lighting,Network,Hi Resolution printers for accurate art and photo transfers Tattoo tools/Ink products. I'm working on my 8th piece right now and enjoy every appointment.. So to wrap this up, Everyone insists you should "go see my guy/girl" and it becomes awkward if you already have an artist you love, but if you are new to it or need a new location I strongly suggest you check Eternal ink out..
