I made an appointment for a tattoo removal consultation two weeks ago. In that time I had 2 text confirmations sent to me and I replied that I was going both times. My appointment is tomorrow and I just had 2 missed calls, an email and a text TELLING me that my appointment was being moved from 12:15 to 5:30pm. I called back twice with no answer so I left a message and I also texted the number back that texted me stating that I could not make that time and to cancel the appointment. 1 minute later I received an email saying my appointment was cancelled. If my business was important to them, why wouldn’t they try to get back in touch with me to reschedule? Very very unprofessional. I work in this industry and this is NOT how you treat new clients. She is doing a month of no consultation fees (normally $50) but she’s screwing with appointments. Why? So she can jerk people around so they have to reschedule when the monthly special is over? She lost a client and I’m going to tell everyone I know how bad this place sucks. Oh, she’s tacky too because she makes it LOUD and CLEAR that she prefers cash and checks. Does she not want to pay the processing fee? This is 2018. Who carries cash or check in the large amounts she asks for her services?! Read Less

There is no doubt that Sherry is very skilled and knows what she is doing. I love my 3-D eyebrows. She is quick, efficient, and does an amazing job. HOWEVER - I have been to Custom Beaute to see Sherry 3x and she is NEVER on time. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time the last time I was there - and she never mentioned it or apologized for being late. It seems ironic that a business - who sends *several* texts and emails prior to the appointment reminding me of their desired payment plan, my appointment, etc. - would be so untimely and not even acknowledge it. Sherry must be one of the best in Buffalo, but being mindful of your client's time - or to at least apologize for running late - is also a great business practice. Read Less

I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience I had with Sherry for my 3-D brows. Upon walking in, her space is amazing. It's immaculate and well decorated. From the moment I walked in I was treated wonderfully. During the consultation process I was asked about everything, from the color to the shape of my brows. Once the process began Sherry checked in on my level of comfort. At no point during the process was I uncomfortable. I was so relaxed the first session I almost fell asleep!! Sherry is truly a master and professional at what she does. I spent along time following her on Facebook because I wanted to make sure I had someone experienced. She is the best!! Sherry did a terrible job on my eyebrows. They are uneven and look awful. She removed her reviews on her Facebook page so my review can't be seen because I posted pictures as proof to how awful they look. Read Less

I had previous work done on my eye brows one was longer than the other and more arched. As I was doing more research on good permanent make up artists I found Sherry.
