It's a comfortable and fun environment, it is a place after many many many shop experiences (good and bad) that I have chosen to go back to numerous times. White Tiger is the place I recommend and the answer I give when people ask "where did you get that ink?" (in an excited and envious tone). Her work is so realistic, it looks like I have a beautiful painting on my leg. I would never consider going elsewhere! I had a consult with the woman who was going to do my tattoo on another day. Before I left she asked for a $40 depositdown. I gave her the money and left. I later found out that her prices were higher than most for the same design. Now I wasn't going to give her my business because No one else asked for a deposit and charged as much as her. Pammela is phenomenal.  Down to earth, friendly, extremely skilled despite being new to this shop and reasonably priced.  The old saying that good service isn't cheap and cheap service isn't good is true, however, FAIR is definitely the word I'd use for the shop rates for this particular artist.And artist she truly is.  I've only had one piece done by Pam to date, but that's quickly going to change.  From the sketches she does on paper to the amazingly crisp and bright to dark and perfectly shaded living canvases she is an immensely talented tattoo artist.Getting a tattoo is definitely a personal and "permanent" decision that only you can make but I hope you'd consider all of the artists at White Tiger, especially Pammela, for a consult and see for yourself why you should make them your artist! HAAA this place is a joke... My best friend and I came in as walk-ins. The receptionist guy went upstairs to ask "the artist" if he would take two walk-ins. The receptionist returned 45 seconds later and said "No, he wont. He is taking a nap." Really?!? You sleep at work and pass up customers to instead catch up on sleep? Ive been tattooed by Tee Jay for years and there is no one else I would go to. The White Tiger staff is top of the line and true wonderful artists. The Webster tattoo shop is far different from the "stereotypical tattoo parlor." The shop is clean and quiet and is a very quiet spot to get some art. Those that may shy away from a noiser tattoo shop will find this location to their liking. There is easy access to food (for those post tattoo munchies) around the shop as well. I always recommend White Tiger. They are the best tattoo experience in Rochester. Read Less
