These women are very friendly and very professional. They stayed open late to do my tattoos even though I came in after closing hours. I've gotten 3 piercings and 2 tattoos there and I am extremely satisfied! My son wanted his nose pierced and I made him think on it for a year. On his 13th birthday they explained everything in detail to him and they made sure he was responsible enough to take care of it and made him very comfortable. I have never had a long wait and the tattoo work is amazing . Very cool talented artists and piercers and make the whole experience comfortable. And the prices are extremely reasonable. Today my friend went to get her tongue pierced and the lady ABSOLUTELY DID HER WRONG! My friend asked for the woman to move the piercing up a little bit more, she refused claiming that "she would gag" 🙄 so basically, we went back within hours to ask for a refund and they denied us our money saying there's no refunds. Even though the no refunds policy was not made clear to us verbally nor was it written in the contract...it's just good customer service to give a refund if the person didn't receive the desired product. She didn't even offer to re-do the piercing!!! These ladies lack customer service and quality products. We went to a different tattoo shop (Shout out to Bare Knuckle Tattoo) got the piercing where she wanted it and guess what y'all??? MY FRIEND DIDN'T GAG! I got my second tattoo done here i reallu liked it but there were a few imperfections that i got fixed later. Everyone in the shop was very nice and they were honest when it came to the intricate design with my tattoo. They didn't say they could do it then not keep the promise whih i was very thankful for. My daughter had a tattoo done there. The girl that did her tattoo said her body was rejecting the ink she got a saying put on her arm. It looks like a jail tattoo it is shaking discolored that it is the worse tattoo ever done. She paid $130 for it because of how big it is it can not be cover up. Every tattoo artist that has seen it has said nothing but how bad it is and to get her money back even if she has to take them to court. They offered her to remove it not by lase...r by the procedure they do but have no idea how sessions it will take. Also it is very uncomfortable and even after that your not even sure if that will remove it. I would not get a tattoo from this place at least not from this woman. They have decent prices, I'll give them that but for their quality, it's not worth it. I went in for a vch and over the phone, they were nice but as soon as I got there, they had a horrible attitude. The guy used an eyebrow ring for my vch, didn't offer me color of metal (which I can forgive if they only have one), didn't show placement, and then the guy decided not to tell me when the needle was going through which could have caused a huge problem. He pierced too shallow so ...it felt like it would rip out, so I took it out before any damage. I took my friend in for his septum and the girl didn't lay him down and pierced him with too big of a ring, which she had to take out and change to the right size. Small, quiet tattoo shop in downtown Watertown. Owners are nice and experienced. Obviously not NY Ink status but they seem to know what they're doing. Minimum price for tattoo is $50. They also do piercings here. My tattoo has faded significantly, but in all fairness it's on my finger which is expected. First touch up is free. Horrible, 20 yrs experience and they can't even manage to do a little coloring to fill in my sleeve hah. Then they tell me it's my fault and I didn't take care of it mind you I have many tattoos and never had this problem. Total waste of time and money I don't know how their even a shop. Read Less
