This is an extremely clean and very skilled tattoo shop. I have followed Caitlan Murphy from her old shop to this one and the shop is much more open and welcoming than the last one she was at. Everyone there always made me feel comfortable even after I was there for many hours in pain. Caitlin is the most wonderful tattoo artist and now additionally a friend. If you have not seen her work, please look her up. I have quite a lot of artwork on my body and she has fixed many pieces that were faded and some that were messed up my previous artists. I will always recommend and send everyone I know there, especially for Caitlan. I have sent many friends to Pride & Glory and they all have had really good experiences. Even now that I live 9 and 1/2 hours south of this shop, I refuse to go to anyone else and am planning trips in the Summer to go there and get more work done by Caitlan. You are looking for a trustworthy, safe, clean and very experienced tattoo shop in upstate NY that is full of great artists, please go to Pride & Glory.

I got some work done by Caitlan Murphy. I was pretty impressed with the quality of her work. I was able to book a day to get the work done within about a week or two. One thing I didn't like about this place is the location. It's really hard to get in and out of the parking lot. It's located on probably the busiest street in the Watertown Square. If not for that, then I would definitely give this shop five stars. What's more important though is the overall quality of the service which was excellent. I was pleased with the price for the work. If I were to go anywhere else I would end up paying a little bit more.

the people that work here are so rude!!! My friend tried to schedule an appointment for her and I to get a small tattoo and they were so rude! We wanted James to do it and he said it wasn't his style....
the people that work here are so rude!!! My friend tried to schedule an appointment for her and I to get a small tattoo and they were so rude! We wanted James to do it and he said it wasn't his style. Which is bullshit but whatever. So he said nic would do it. I refuse to have nic do anything because he isn't very good. So when the day of the appointment came we called to see if we could come in later in the day because something came up and they said if we wanted it to be later we should've made it later, and my friend began to say she wanted James to do it and they said if we wanted James to do it we should've said something. Um WE DID! my friend even talked to him outside without nic around and she told him we wanted him to do it....and when you walk into the place they just look at you and don't even greet you!

By far the best tattoo shop I've been to!!! Both of my sleeves were done by the owner and I couldn't be more in love with them! Go see them ASAP!!!

James is a scum bag, hires "counter girls" so he can cheat on his wife. Check out the shops website and Instagram, pretty much speaks for itself

This is an extremely clean and very skilled tattoo shop. I have followed Caitlan Murphy from her old shop to this one and the shop is much more open and welcoming than the last one she was at.
