On June 24th of last year, allison gave me the most crooked setum piercing I've ever seen. Questioning her immediately, i was told after a couple days of healing, it would straighten out. Nieve, I believed her, because she told me "all my septum piercings are guarenteed." But after a week, and it only getting worse, i returned via appointment, and was told there was nothing she could do about it. Thus, I've learned the hard way that graceland tattoo inc is nothing more than a dirty hole in wall, which is overpriced, rude, and careless toward costumers whom its obviously wronged. I will never return, and suggest others follow my example to avoid wrong doing and frustration. Fyi I have many piercings and tattoos, so this review is due to her incompetance, not to to inexperience on either side. Besides, she has much experience, dont you think shed pay her customers a fee less lies, and at least little respect.

I was willing to hear what ideas he had but he just really didn't make me feel comfortable to get anything there. Not sure if the whole place is like that or just him. I've been to many tattoos places and have a lot of tattoos.

Great artists in a fun and clean atmosphere. I recommend visiting and speaking with the artists for all of your tattoo and piercing desires. Three best place around.

We went for a flash tattoo day so the experience is a little different than it is when you have an appointment but we were expecting that. We still got bad ass tattoos.

Got my 6 year old daughter's ears pierced and had a great experience. The piercing area was clean, private and comfortable. The instruments were sealed and sterilized. The person piercing took her time, was very friendly and made my daughter feel very at ease. It was 40$ including earings! I highly recommend! We walked in, had no wait and were out in 30 minutes!

I went in last year for my first tattoo, I sat for 2.5 hours, passed out but Cookie treated me so well. He is 1. A fantastic artist, but also a great person. He knew exactly what was happening when I started passing out and did exactly what needed to be done, then let me lay down for the rest of the tattoo. I will be returning, as I don't think I could ever go anywhere else.

I 100% recommend this shop. I got my Tragus pierced today and I was very very impressed. The prices were great and Allison was very clean, professional and very well educated on piercing. I especially was impressed by the after care pamphlet I got after, it had tons of useful information about piercings and it told me what kind of jewelry was put in and the gauge. Every shop should hand those out! I'm from out of town and was recommend this place, and it's way better then shops in my hometown. Overall an awesome experience.

Had my tragus re-pierced by Allison. It was a great experience. She was professional and carefully re-explained the process and how best to care for the piercing. I was impressed by the sterile technique used. The establishment was clean and the employees were friendly. I definitely recommend her and this tattoo/piercing parlor.

This is THE BEST place to get a tattoo! The staff is not intimidating at all; rather, they make you feel comfortable and are super nice people. Cookie is an amazing tattoo artist as well as a really great person. I needed a cover-up tattoo done and wasn't really sure how to go about it. He helped me every step of the way and was very personable and helpful. He didn't only treat me as a customer, but as a person. Always asking how I was doing, if I was okay, if I wanted anything to drink or eat, if I needed to take a break, etc. And his work is OUTSTANDING! Truly beautiful detail and clean, smooth lines. I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much to the whole staff at Graceland for being so great! Keep it up, because people really appreciate your professionalism as well as your down-to-earth attitudes! (:

On June 24th of last year, allison gave me the most crooked setum piercing I've ever seen. Questioning her immediately, i was told after a couple days of healing, it would straighten out. Nieve, I believed her, because she told me "all my septum piercings are guarenteed." But after a week, and it only getting worse, i returned via appointment, and was told there was nothing she could do about it. The person piercing took her time, was very friendly and made my daughter feel very at ease. It was 40$ including earings! I highly recommend! We walked in, had no wait and were out in 30 minutes!

This is THE BEST place to get a tattoo! The staff is not intimidating at all; rather, they make you feel comfortable and are super nice people. Cookie is an amazing tattoo artist as well as a really great person. I needed a cover-up tattoo done and wasn't really sure how to go about it. He helped me every step of the way and was very personable and helpful. He didn't only treat me as a customer, but as a person.
