Would never recommend to a friend only an enemy. Jeff can't draw straight lines even with a stencil. Also his shading is horrendous and misses spots. There is way better tattoo artist on Long Island a...
Would never recommend to a friend only an enemy. Jeff can't draw straight lines even with a stencil. Also his shading is horrendous and misses spots. There is way better tattoo artist on Long Island and nyc. Ask a good friend with awesome tattoos and find one. He's the worst in Nassau county possibly the whole tri state area. Avoid at all costs or be stuck with the worst tattoo in your area.
