Walked in this morning, didn't wait long, met my artist, Mike Hildebrandt, he drew up a perfect vision of what I wanted, and it came out phenomenal! Not to mention this was my first tattoo, I had no worries in Mike at all it was quick but great quality and pain wasn't even that bad! Went to Da Vinci because of their reputation, both word-of-mouth and all the reviews I read,  for my very first tattoo ever and was not disappointed. Shout out to Mike, who took my ideas for what I wanted and came up with an even better idea!! You know I Loved it as soon as I saw it cause my whole face lit up! Frank is hands down one of the best tattoo artist on LI, he's a second generation artist with a ton of style and technique. I give him an idea of what I would like and he brings it to life. I was a walk in on a Monday morning. Had my design stencil already printed and ready. I just needed someone to put some color in it. Mike Ciasullo had some time between scheduled appointments so he took me a half hour later. Super nice of him. They gave me one solid price for the outline and another for outline with color with the option to do either depending on how long I could sit. The place is super clean, organized and staff is friendly. The line work and colors are amazing and I completely trusted his ideas in the process. It looks beautiful. The healing process was perfection. I spent 4-5 days with a solid piece and once i peeled it came off like a sheet in the shower. No scaring, no blown lines. Perfect.There are many talented artists that work here and I'd come back for any of my tattoo ideas even some of their own because they do really beautiful work.Mike's been tattooing forever and he's been at the shop for a long time. ANYONE who writes a negative review about Da Vinci Tattoo clearly has absolutely no knowledge of tattoos and its industry. I've been going to Da Vinci for over 7 years, I have had numerous tattoos done by Frank Romano, including a full sleeve. I would recommend this shop to anyone.. the professionalism is unreal, the cleanliness is beyond most doctor's offices and Frank has truly become my friend.
