I went in to ask questions about piercings and the gentleman there was condescending,it was my first piercing. I went at 2:00 and the man there started out to be a little up tight. I thought he is just having a bad day. During the piercing he was rude and bothered. He was totally unprofessional and I will NOT be returning to that establishment. I do not recommend this place.

Walked in to get a hand tattoo, nothing extravagant. Now I know that hand tattoos are tricky and need to be touched up and all that, but the asking price was far too much for something as small as I was asking. I later ventured to other parlors, ultimately ending at one with a much more decent cost. The shop was clean and looked nice with all the decorations, but the prices (at least for the artist who gave me my quote) are a little ludicrous for me personally. Just because you have a Kat Von D original doesn't mean you can charge her prices!

I scheduled an appointment with JT asked for a sunrise tattoo on my arm for my mom. It came out looking absolutely horrible and nothing like I expected. It was basically a rainbow of solid stripes across my arm and didn't resemble a sunrise at all. It only took 2 hours yet he charged me $400 for a horrible tattoo. On top of that I had to go to a real artist and pay almost another $600 to get it redone. Horrible experience and will definitely never go back. Definitely do not recommend at all. Save your skin and money and go to an artist who will do a good job. Check out the before and after and what I had to do to get it covered up and fixed completely on my Instagram @skydrew98

BS shop called in was told come by when I get there everyone's busy and I was told come back at 930 Call in again at 9 to let them know I'm on my way I was told no problem I'm here for another hr. I get there 20min later guys closing the gate!! What kind of customer service is that? Not to mention the 4-25 min rides I had to take thanks! You guys will never get a dollar of my $!!!!!!

This place is AMAZING!!!! The shop itself is clean and inviting!!! MY MOM, sister and I went in to get matching tattoos and I was getting a bigger shoulder piece and JT was AMAZING! He made us feel right at home from the second we walked in the door!!!! So nice and down to earth and was patient with the three of us to make sure we got exactly what he wanted.... very reasonable prices, great customer service and amazing experience!!! So amazing I am going back for another tattoo in a few days!!!

Gallery Tattoo was wonderful. My mother and I decided the day before Thanksgiving that we wanted to spend the holiday getting a memorial tattoo for my brother. When we called and told JT our story, he agreed to come in on the holiday when the shop was closed to help us out. He was awesome and put us both at ease. He did a wonderful job with out tattoos and made our whole holiday. The shop is beautiful and very clean. Definitely recommend!

I really like the atmosphere this place provides. The tattooist are all professional. Ashley does great work I had two done by her at reasonable prices. Eric's work is pretty good too, he seems very busy and haven't gotten anything done by him yet. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a great tattoo.

I came here after someone recommended this place to me. Got a tattoo done on my wrist. The line work is sloppy and the tat itself looks crooked. It looks like someone drew this on me with a pen. Going somewhere else to see if they could hopefully fix this mess with some detail. Very disappointed.

This place is AMAZING!!!! The shop itself is clean and inviting!!! MY MOM, sister and I went in to get matching tattoos and I was getting a bigger shoulder piece and JT was AMAZING! He made us feel right at home from the second we walked in the door!!!! So nice and down to earth and was patient with the three of us to make sure we got exactly what he wanted.... very reasonable prices, great customer service and amazing experience!!!
