Got two Cartilage piercings yesterday and was joined by my best friend for a total of four! Ed did a fantastic job at making us feel safe and comfortable during the whole process!! He was very personable and welcoming which made the trip that much better. Thank you Ed for the piercings!

Got a tattoo a year ago while on vacation and was told when I came back if anything needed to be touched up Todd would do it when I returned. I got back last week and walked in to talk to.him and left a message as well as the guy at the counter took a pic of the tattoos to show him. Never called back. I called back a few days later and talked to Todd and he said he would call me back that night to fit me in. Never called and when I went over there the place was closed for the night. Bad customer service. Will never go back. Have to get another artist to fix the tattoos.

I was very unhappy with my cover up that I got a few weeks ago. I wasn't even put in the spot that I wanted it in. Half of my old tattoo is still showing. I payed 300 for this I'm extremely upset stil...
I was very unhappy with my cover up that I got a few weeks ago. I wasn't even put in the spot that I wanted it in. Half of my old tattoo is still showing. I payed 300 for this I'm extremely upset still. I would of loved it if it was put the way I wanted it and it covered the whole tattoo that was already on my arm. I will not be going back at all. They don't finish what is started.

I got my Daith piercing done by Eddie last week .I've gotten 3 of my piercings there before , and each time he has done a great job , but what impressed me this time was the knowledge he had about this piercing. I am a severe migraine sufferer, and I had heard things about the Daith piercing being able to help . He was so knowledgeable about the piercing and what it does , as well as migraines too (which was amazing because not everyone does ) ! It's been so far so good with this piercing ! Would recommend them to anyone !

I've heard great things from other people who have been here, but I had a bad experience. While the artist who did my tattoo did a great job designing it, the actual process was where it went wrong. The tattoo looks in tact, but it is raised. I thought it was normal, but later when I got my second tattoo, I found out from him, that my tattoo is raised because they went too deep into my skin, and it scarred. Thankfully my tattoo doesn't look distorted because of this, but I would rather not pay crazy amounts to have my tattoo scar over.

I payed 300 for this I'm extremely upset still. I would of loved it if it was put the way I wanted it and it covered the whole tattoo that was already on my arm. I will not be going back at all.
