Had a tattoo done by Shannon at Twisted Tiki and had a great experience. Walked in, was greeted with "hello", I asked for Shannon and they told me "he is in the back" walk into the back and found him. We chatted for 15 or 20 min about what I wanted and what I wanted it to look like. He told me that he could draw something up and we made an appointment for 3 weeks. Came back on my scheduled time and Shannon had the drawing as promised and it looked amazing. 4 hours later we were done and it looked even better on my arm. Would go back there in a heartbeat! He email me his design and i was very happy with what he came up with. He is a great artist and a very good tattoo artist also. He is very understanding and patient. He was even very gracious when the tattoo ran a little longer than anticipated and he professionally finished it with out a complaint. WNY has a lot of great places to get some ink, this is one of them. Shannon Barlow is one of the best artists I have had the pleasure of getting work from. I just started getting some work done by Ryan Lum, so far he is good, as my experience progresses I will try to update my review to include him further. The shop is clean, which is obviously of the utmost importance. It's a nice laid back vibe which is great for people from all walks of life. They usually have an artist or two on that is available for walk in work, others like Shannon, can book up 4 or 5 months in advance. Whether this is your first tattoo or you are an avid collector, this shop will suit your needs. But don't take my word for it, stop down to the Tiki and try 'em out for yourself! Read Less
