This place is definitely a "get what you paid for" type place. I went in to get my second holes pierced. The price is an absolute steal ($35 for both holes!!), but again, you get what you pay for. There's no options, you just get pierced with a basic ring. James is an interesting former-emo-band type guy and very soft spoken, but I just wanted my second holes done for cheap so it's all good. If you're looking for fancy jewelry and lots of options, then go somewhere else where it's more than $25 a piercing because that's just not what this place is. It's decently clean and good enough for simple piercings where you know you'll want to change out the jewelry pretty quickly anyways. But again, don't go here if you want all the bells and whistles. That's going to cost way more than $25 a piercing. Anything more intricate, I probably wouldn't go here just because of the healing time and inability to change jewelry quickly and easily. Read Less

If i could rate this 0 stars I would. I went here about a month ago and got my 3rd hole pierced. It got super infected and ended up getting a bubble filled with pus and liquids, I needed to go to the doctors to get it popped because I was in excruciating pain. I cleaned it just like I cleaned all my other past piercings and this was the only one that got this bad. I have had multiple piercings ( not just ears) and nothing has ever been this bad . I do not recommend getting anything done here. Very unprofessional and not a very clean place as well. I as well have a friend that got her belly button pierced here and had a very bad reaction to the piercing and went to a different place to get it re pierced and is doing perfectly well now. Walked in (after calling) to get my nose pierced- and the piercer, James, was very cold and almost rude looking at me like "why are you here". They didn't do a good job of making you feel comfortable at all. He led me to the room, didn't even count down or show me what the jewelry looked like, and just shoved the needle through my nose DESPITE me saying "hold on one second", and then told us to get out of the room. All of the info he gave me as to how to clean the area was very vague and it wasn't after I gave him a $30 tip he even smiled. I came here to change my nose piercing. I had a nose piercing with stud and wanted to change to ring which I used to wear earlier. I could not do it as the wire was twisted in odd fashion. I called in to ask for appointment and told the issue. I was told they will try of fix it and cannot comment unless they see it. I walked in and the change from nose stud to ring done was with lot of gentleness in less than few minutes. They did not me charge anything either. Will definitely visit again for future services. the peircer was really nice. I wish he would have talked more/gave me a little more info about the piercing like what size it was etc. After seeing another piercing shop, that yes cost much more but it was much nicer and more professional. I never got any information on how to care for my piercings, everywhere else tells you and gives you a brochure or offers to sell you products right there. I never got this. Also the area was not cleaned with anything before hand. he did wear gloves and opened jewelry in a sealed bag but thats it. My friend had her equipment autoclave in front of her and the area cleaned before. I have to get my piercing looked at because i need a longer barbell on one, and I will not be going back here to do that. The piercing was okay, but you get what you pay for. If your getting something important done I would pay the extra couple bucks and go to a better place, an APP approved shop. I love this place. I went to get my nipples pierced when I was 18 then took them out a couple years later for personal reasons. But I always regretted it, so of course, I’d come back to the same place to get them re-pierced. The first experience was great, very informative and friendly artists. This studio is very well kept and comfortable. The piercer James is incredibly professional and prices are quite reasonable. This WAS my go to for tattoos. The Artist Brynn is talented.  I had six tattoos done by her.  BUT,  and this is not posted anywhere,  if you miss an appointment, (I didn't, but I was late), they will no longer take you as a client!  Instead of posting this, or having the guts to call and tell me this, they just don't return your phone calls, emails and erase your posts on Facebook.  A little childish.  I went into the establishment and waited ten minutes before I was even acknowledged, left my phone number, and then left.  Got a rude phone call 20 minutes later finally telling me that I wasn't welcome anymore.  I'm disappointed that they couldn't Adult.  Use them at your own risk. Got my nose pierced there and the piercer James is so nice and really calmed me down. It was my first time going to a tattoo shop to get a piercing done and I told him that. I also told him my fear of needles. So when it came time for the actual piercing he had me close my eyes and breath in. I would definitely recommend this place for piercings. Went here because I wanted to get something done on my arm for a while but didn't know exactly what. I had the design in my head and couldn't really figure out how to get it on paper. Coupe took care of me. The day I came in for my appointment I told Coupe what I wanted and let him put his imagination to work for the rest of the design. To say I love it is an understatement. He made me super comfortable and we basically got to know each other's life stories while he was doing my tattoo. He was super professional and the place is super clean. First, they lied about the kind of metal they use for their piercings and 3 people I know got infections, and then they purposely messed up a quote on a tattoo because the "artist" (if you want to call him that) was mad that he had to do 13 words and threw a fit because it's "not what he wanted to do". I absolutely love piercings and tattoos. I have been to various places for piercings and tattoos such as Cowpok and The Parlour of Buffalo--both of which are wonderful, clean places I had great experiences with. Last Saturday, my girlfriends and I decided to get piercings. We first went to Cowpok where I got my nose pierced and my friend Katie got her belly button pierced. It was clean, the workers were friendly, and there was an immense amount of good quality jewelry to choose from. We then drove to Imperial Arts Studios on Sheridan Dr. so my other friends could get their piercings. I was still itching for another piercing so I decided to get my lower naval pierced. I regret doing so--not because I dislike my piercing, but because I dislike the studio of which I got it pierced from. Walking into the studio is a big, empty room. When we walked in the door, there was no one sitting at the front desk so we stood there. Finally, a man named James, whom does all of the piercings, came to the front desk. He did not smile, he was rude (might just be his personality) and seemed annoyed to have so many girls in for piercings. What I disliked most about the experience is that you do not get to pick your own jewelry. He just pierces you and then gives you the same cheap silver jewelry he gives everyone else. My guess is the jewelry is bought cheap in bulk online. Another issue is that he does not clean the area he is piercing before he pierces it. He does not give you directions on how long to keep the earring in, either. Two of my friends got their ear lobes pierced and I have never seen someone's ear bleed more from a piercing than those two did. I have multiple earlobe piercings and not once did mine bleed from getting them pierced. Their ears were literally dripping blood for more than 20 minutes--NOT EXAGGERATING. The problem with my piercing is the jewelry he used for it. Instead of using a regular two-ball belly ring, he used a hoop that is used for a cartilage piercing. Since it is a hoop (which I didn't want in the first place) it sticks out of my stomach and presses against the waistline of my pants. It is red and irritated because it rubs up against my pants and I'm worried it will not heal correctly and I'm pretty pissed off about it. Also, it just looks stupid. I don't recommend this place for piercings. I'm not sure what they're like regarding tattoos, but it's definitely not worth it to come here for piercings. This is simply a review for the shop itself.  Yikes.  Money needs to be spent here to get this place up to par.  Peeling paint, rooms in disarray, looks like it just opened or that they're in the middle of opening.  I know it's "just a tattoo shop" but you should still look professional and put together.  People are coming here to have tattoos done - they should be looking around thinking "clean clean clean.  Sanitary sanitary sanitary."   You don't need an interior decorator to achieve that.  And use some windex on your mirrors, please!  Every single one I looked at was smeared and cloudy. We want to be able to see your work super clearly, please! The lighting in the tattoo rooms is pretty dim, I don't know how they can do up-close work without more illumination.   Huge front waiting area has a single 2-seater love seat.  Can you please put at least a few chairs in there for your clients who are waiting?  And the bizarre old-fashioned Western movie playing on the tv screen?  Makes no sense.... My piercings looked awesome and he seemed very knowledgeable about what would work best with the shape of my ear. Now let's fast forward 2 months later. (Insert cheesy fast forward squiggly sounds) Due to my piercing constantly coming into battle with my 9 month old, it became sore and swollen. The front of my labret popped off and was nowhere to be found! I called James up and he said to stop in anytime and he would take care of me. I came in tonight and true to his word he swapped out the labret in my very tender ear. I kid you not I didn't even know when he did it! (No pain!) He inserted a longer bar for the swelling and gave me extra incase the front comes off again. To make this story better he didn't even charge me. THAT is how to treat your customers! This place is cash only!! They do have an ATM there in the store for those card-carriers. Also, make sure you bring your ID. You need to be 18+ in order to get a piercing here.I've only gotten piercings from this place and I really trust them. I've gotten my nose and belly button pierced by James at a very good price. He's super helpful and knowledgeable. They're super professional and clean. They open packages in front of you and James display a very professional atmosphere whenever I go to him for piercings. Corey did both of my tattoos as well as my husband's tattoo, he is very talkative which is cool cuz I don't want to sit there in silence and be concentrating  on the pain. I was originally unhappy with my first tattoo which he fixed for me as well as doing touch ups to both of them for free. The only complaint I really have is waiting as long as we were. My gauge is still the standard, and I have had the piercing for 12 years, a fact I shared with the girl at the front desk. All I needed was a piece of jewelry. The owner, however, made me wait a total of 14 minutes, after asking a number of non relevant questions. "No, you did not pierce my nose. It was done 12 years ago in Arizona. He laughed at my tattoo idea, which was script on my foot saying "fortune favors the brave" and when I asked for the shop minimum, just so I could guess how much money I would need to save, he was so incredibly short with his answer- it was as if I had offended him.Excuse me, but I have 6 tattoos already & that was an extremely normal question to ask- & the quote is very meaningful to me & I do not appreciate getting laughed at.
