These people at this tattoo shop are wonderful. They helped me out when I was on the side of the road with a blown tire. There really are still some good people in the world. Penny and Caleb were outstanding. They offered to help me get my tire changed and back on the road so I could go to work. I will be making an appointment for a tattoo on the strength of the way they treated me in my time of need.Thanks Guys Christina

Absolutely never go here the owner was so ride and nasty just because I was taking more than 30 seconds to decide if I wanted the blog if people she had just out on my arm she was so ride my boyfriend...
Absolutely never go here the owner was so ride and nasty just because I was taking more than 30 seconds to decide if I wanted the blog if people she had just out on my arm she was so ride my boyfriend's had to speak to for to say there's no way I'd pay for that and she said done and advised me of being a drug addict when I just got interviewed in her shop about tattoos so I obviously wasn't intoxicated. Let me remind you I'm trying to help her buissness and I'm a customer and she starts choosing me and boyfriend's out of her shop. She's not good I've seen her portfolio I work with allot of girls with tattoos that always stay away from this place the owner is s monster trying to hide behind eyeliner and a corset but does a bad job and ropes people of and does just plain bad work.

The owner deleted ALL bad reviews and blocks the people after they post on the fb... that is if she's not writing back and insulting them. Rude staff and honestly the work is sometimes terrifying to look at. Idk what people are thinking when they walk back into this shop for a second time. I'm embarrassed for them. Plus they are all for supporting Anthony Saccone, disgusting.

This review is solely for the unprofessional actions of the woman who was at the front desk. I came in for my appointment with an artist that was apparently being let go at that moment. The woman then immediately told me every detail of why, without me asking.If you want a place that will let someone go when they have an appointment for right then, and for the reasons that were shared (that were not even a good reason for immediate release) this is the place. My review does not reflect on the artists work, but on how the staff will treat you if they do not like your artist. It was very disappointing after having so many people recomend the shop.

It is spacious and welcoming. The shop itself is extremely clean and held to a very high standard. Penny, let's dish about her. Her talents exceed far past any expectations. She listens to your ideas and wants and will work with you to make sure your vision comes across. Her number one goal is to make sure each and every one of her clients leaves happy. Many people tattooed by Penny become repeat clients of hers. That speaks for itself! Syracuse area or not, Old Kings Head tattoo is the place you will want to check out!
