Mackenzie Tyler is a wonderful tattoo artist. Very attentive and sociable. Always a great experience with him as my artist! He's my preferred artist and I'd of course recommend him.

I met with an artist there on September 16, 2017 (today is October 15). We discussed a tattoo and the artist said to email them and they'd get back to me in a few days. They told me they weren't busy, so I know that wasn't the issue. I sent an email the same day, heard nothing. I sent another email a week after that, still nothing. I sent a final email, and got no response. Last week I contacted the artist on Instagram, and didn't get any response, even though they've posted since I messaged them. Honestly, there work looks awesome (that's why I kept trying to get in contact). I really don't know why I couldn't get any response, even a simple "I'm not interested in working with you" would've sufficed.

Well..they never finished the work I paid in advance for.and every time I tried to schedule an appointment I just kept getting blown off ..its been a year now that I have been waiting for them to call...
Well..they never finished the work I paid in advance for.and every time I tried to schedule an appointment I just kept getting blown off ..its been a year now that I have been waiting for them to call me because that's what I was told. I quote will call you when ready and have opening to complete work..well guess what..haven't heard a thing from them so for this reason I highly recommend not going there for your work unless you want nothing but frustrations.also I wouldn't even give that place one star but its the only way I'm able to submit my complaint.

I've gotten two tattoos from this place and I'm never disappointed! I love this place and everyone I have come in contact with who has received a tattoo from this place never has a bad thing to say!
