I have been searching tattoo shops and tattoo artists for a long time to hey my dream sleeve done. I was told to look up Christopher Litts the owner of Legacy tattoos in Scotia NY. I looked him up on Facebook, Instagram and Google searches. His stuff was impressive, but nothing recent. All posted stuff is from a couple of years back. Why is that? Because Chris is to busy making amazing original works of art to have time to F with social media. His work comes from word of mouth, and I'm here to sing his praises. He took ideas I gave him and came up with an original piece beyond my expectations. most of it was freehanded and developed as the tattoo was being done. I couldn't even see or envision what it would be or where he was heading. But his skill is undeniable. It even hurts less than other tattoos I've had. Because he doesn't overwork areas a and can get things done on first pass. This was session one of a three to four session bio-mechanical horror sleeve I'm getting done. I love this tattoo, I can't stop admiring it. Christopher Litts @ Legacy tattoos in Scotia is a genius and a true artist. I love Love love this tattoo and look forward to many more!!! I love this place so much!!! I got two ear piercings here and the staff are always really nice. I've been back several times since then to ask questions or have them change my earring and they always assist me with no hassle. I would recommend this place to anyone, even going to get your kids ears pierced. They really respect their clients and help you with any concerns. Read Less

I started at All Star & had Anthony start a sleeve for me on my shoulder. I'm thankful to have been 'inked' by a truly gifted artist that we all painfully miss at times. Had the humble Noah place an epic sugar skull on my upper arm, continuing the sleeve. I can't tell you how many compliments I receive on that piece!! I always tell them: "Go see Noah @ Legacy!" He captured it perfectly. Just recently had the lovely Nicole draw up her own creation of a 'marigold mandala' for me on my inner bicep to tag along with the day of the dead/sugar skull theme. It is more amazing than I expected & she was so gentle. Everything is tying in perfectly. Everyone there is so professional & truly amazing. Oh, and Tammy is absolutely the best!! Best tattoo & piercing shop around. They have an artist for everything: traditional, realism, stippling, custom designs, portraits...you name it, Legacy can do it. Their staff is professional and very friendly. It's a nice, open environment with a comfortable feel. The shop is clean & sterile  and they don't hesitate to give you a tour if you have any questions. It was nice that I was able to talk to my artist before my appointment and get answers and recommendations from thru. Their piercer is very experienced, answers questions and gives solid after care instructions. Each piece of piercing equipment & jewelry is sterile unlike a "mall". They do the same with tattoos--they teach you how to care for it so it looks it's best for a long time. It's a nice open door policy so they encourage people to stop in, ask questions and chat with the staff. The artists have years of experience and love what they do.
