Paul is the best piercer in the area. He has been piercing for over 20 years. You will not find a shop cleaner than his! He is super friendly and ususually gives out high fives after your piercing! I went by myself to get my nose pierced. I was really nervous, I've never gone alone. The guy that did my piercings I forgot his name, he was a tall bald guy with tattoos and gauges. Nicest guy I've ever met, grabbed the secretary to have her stay in the room with me. He threw in saline solution because I'm a nurse. He was just an all around great guy.Read Less

A friend and I BOTH called to try and set up an appointment. The man who answered the phone wouldn't give us any information, openings, anything. We told him we'd be getting a ride from Glens Falls and we couldn't, "Just stop in." Yet he told us that several times. Kept telling us he didn't know anything. Everyone there is very kind and great artists, except MIKE!I got a tattoo from him. I told him exactly what I wanted. He did the tattoo and added what he felt should be in it. Unreal! I questioned him and he became very arrogant. His added touches ruined my tattoo. I have heard from other people that he did the same thing to them. Its our tattoos Mike, not yours! got 2 piercings below my lower lip today. I walked in and their set up was great. the forceps, needles and piercings were all sealed in their own sterile bags and every tray or table was wiped with disinfectant before anything was done. I only gave it 4 stars though because even with the great atmosphere and care it was still expensive. they are only small spikes but it ended up costing me $90.
