I was recommended to Hippys Custom Tattoo by a friend. I stopped in to meet Hippy and drop off my design. Hippy couldn't have been nicer and patient with me. It is my first ever tattoo, and I'm very happy with it. Hippy talked me through the process, and made me feel very comfortable. He takes his time, talks with you, gets to know you, and does great work. You feel like Hippys a friend by the time your tattoo is finished. Very likeable guy and takes pride in his craft.

In responce to whoever wrote the very weird review.....you can slam somebody , but you went back twice??? I wouldn't go anywhere else in Niagara County for a tattoo but at Hippys. He takes his time and is VERY accurate, his work is VERY dimensional and detailed. Other work I have seen by others is really flat looking and boring. You call him crazy???? Well most artists are kinda "Crazy"....I admire that, where do you think they get the imagination for their artwork...You sound kind of jealous to me. He has a REAL talent.

Hippy is without a doubt the best tattoo artist in buffalo...His lines are perfect and his shading is crazy!.. HE takes your idea and hippytizes it to wat would look good on ur arm so person complaini...
Hippy is without a doubt the best tattoo artist in buffalo...His lines are perfect and his shading is crazy!.. HE takes your idea and hippytizes it to wat would look good on ur arm so person complaining he knows wat he's doing he's a professional... Yes he talks but who cares its all part of the experience and the loud music?? Um that what kept me and him going thru my 6 hr 1 session piece.. He can do the impossible. I couldnt be happier with the results.. hes the tattoo "god" in buffalo..Plus hes just a good hearted guy who lives by his principles..He puts a personal touch to his tattoos. Detail was amazing even after 6 hrs of tattooing... Please go to him he deserves your business... But yea plan to spend a lil more time there talkin but who cares its part of the experience and its gunna be on you for life so mine as well make it memorable like my experience was...he's got some of his work on youtube just type in hippys custom tattoo...

He talks for hours about his life and past. He is slow and crazy. The shop is clean but basic. I wasnt impressed with him or his shop he tells you what you want and doesnt listen to your ideas.....
