How do you fuck up a straight line?  I don't know, but somehow ben did.   He positioned the tattoo too close to another one and modified the work he was doing to avoid a collision. But it was unwarranted because if he kept w the original stencil (even w the fucked up placement) it would have been fine, in my opinion...and lots of hours staring at the crooked line in the mirror.And he had a piss poor attitude. Among other things he said and did that didn't sit right w me, he said, verbatim "well I gaurantee you [if I give you a tattoo] it will be the best one on your body." Dude? Where's the professional respect. My girlfriend came in for a medusa piercing. It took 15 minutes to have the stud of her jewlery screwed in. She became very uncomfortable after a while of having her new piercing messed with. They did their best to give her water, etc. as the process went on, but nonetheless it was uncharacteristic of a typical piercing experience. In addition, a short bar was used as jewelry for the piercing which when the lip swelled caused the jewlery to sink into her skin. My sister also had her nose pierced. Both my girlfriend and sister left with blood still surrounding their piercings and no after care was provided. We had to go out to the store to buy our own makings for saline solution. We don't feel that a piercer should perform a piercing without the proper materials and hope that this isn't a common instance at this establishment. Read Less

Marc, the owner, is a good man that takes pride in his work and his business. He travels all around the the U.S going to tattoo shows to perfect his craft even more. I've recommended top hat to three of my friends, which consist of more than 5 or 6 tattoos at this point. All came out amazing including a portrait tattoo. Marc definitely knows what he's doing.
