I made a tattoo appointment a month before visiting Rochestor, and was reffered to someone else. So I called and cancelled that appointment, then rescheduled with someone else. I messaged the new girl, who was supposed to do my tattoo, and she said she would draw it and all, and got my hopes up. Then, when it comes the day to get my tattoo, I go in, and they inform me that she is incredibly sick, which is fine, I understand. But I had no call or warning that she would not be there. Then, I was told that if I came back the next day, she would be able to come in and do my tattoo, because the other artists did not want to “steal her client”. Well, not even seeing my design yet, I agreed. Then the morning of the new tattoo appointment, I get a message saying that she would have to cancel, again. Since she would have to cancel, to call the shop and see if anyone else was available to do my tattoo, considering I leave tomorrow. So I called the store, and was told they would give me a call back to see if anyone was available. I get a call back with a “sorry for the inconvenience”. It is not right to tell people you will be serviced and then telling them they will be not. Will NEVER get a penny of my money. Read Less
