The owner of Apple Tattoo on Monroe is a sexual predator. During an after hours tattoo appointment (which he insisted on) he took advantage of me and I was in a position where I could not say no. I have not been back to finish the multiple tattoos he was working on. As long as Anthony Filo is the shop owner it will not be a safe place for women

You have to get tattooed here if you live in Rochester! Matt Lucci is a great artist (all the guys here are great) and the shop is really clean and nice.

I came for a walk-in for 2 small tattoos and got them done by Matt. He was really nice and cool and I felt comfortable about everything right when I walked in. I'll definitely be coming back!

Anthony Filo, the owner of Apple Tattoo, is a great artist and very professional. I absolutely love the piece I had done by him and plan on going back when I get my next. His appointments are normally booked about a month out because his work is in such high demand, so it's not a place to go to try and get a tattoo the same day.

The owner of Apple Tattoo on Monroe is a sexual predator. During an after hours tattoo appointment (which he insisted on) he took advantage of me and I was in a position where I could not say no. I have not been back to finish the multiple tattoos he was working on. As long as Anthony Filo is the shop owner it will not be a safe place for women
